Better Life Reviews

Would have been 5 stars but you are out of many product scents and sizes that I wanted.

Excellent, prompt help as always. Quick resolution of problem.
Thanks!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Not only has my order been damaged in shipment, it is not two months beyond the original order date and your company was only fulfilling a partial order due to inventory issues!

It is past time for your company to implement effective customer service practices that put the customer first!

I clean my bathrooms with wipes because I think it is more sanitary. I have probably tried every brand there is out there. Better Life wipes are the BEST! They really do clean super well. My only problem with them is sometimes they arrive with the tops popped open and no liquid in the container. I wish the tops would be taped for extra security. I give them a 10+ rating!

Great customer service from caring agent: took the time to understand my issue, was empathetic, and had an immediate fix for it!

Arrived safely and soundly. For whatever reason shipment was delayed by UPS. Not to worry. One less day I had to clean bathroom. Better Life products are natural and safe for a septic system plus safe for the user. Equally excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Love your products! You have the best cleaning products out there hands down. Not only are the safe, they smell wonderful and actually do what they are supposed to do!

Easy ordering as always; bummed that my favorite (lemon/mint) dish soap is out of stock but I trust that pomegranate will be a fine substitute.

Two products arrived with loose tops and the contents were completely drained. This is unacceptable

I love your products. I am allergic to other cleaners and solutions. Better Life products are fresh smelling and clean so much better than everything else I have used in the past.

I love all the products of Better Life. kid-friendly.

Excellent cleaning products, especially the toilet cleaner. Thanks.

Jessie from customer service was extremely helpful. My original order was damaged during delivery and she went above & beyond to make sure a replacement order was placed. I have been ordering from Better Life for years and love all of the products I have used.

I like the Better Life products, they seem to have less/no chemicals.

Great prices and easy to shop on the website!

As a house cleaner with 24 clients, I use Better Life cleaner A LOT. My clients like the smell and I like its cleaning abilities.

The website is very easy to navigate. Plus, all the links work the first time!
I love the toilet bowl cleaner! Besides being fragrant, it cuts down on hard water stains. I have found that by using it daily, the stains stay gone for a much longer time, and they are quite easy to remove.

I absolutely love these products. The customer service is great! I would highly recommend to everyone!

I placed an order with Better Life on April 5th. Today is May 9th, and I still have not received my order, despite being in contact with customer service multiple times. This is ridiculous.
