The customer service personnel so far are very polite and attempt to help in any way they can . However i placed an order on Sunday the 1st and the email said they would ship out todayTuesday but it will not be shipped out until tomorrow . The text messaging number provided on their website does not work .
And i have problems logging in their website as well .
Their products are fantastic !! pricey but they are worth it . But will not buy again from their website . It takes a bit of time before you get your goods.
I rate them 2 stars , because they don’t have the most efficient service .

I returned a foundation bc the color did not work for me. I returned it immediately almost 3 days after I received it. 2 months later , I have still not gotten a refund. I used the return slip and tracking number that cledepeau already included in the box . The package was obviously lost somewhere between Ohio and Indiana and kept going back and forth within the FedEx area there. I kept calling the customer service as to why they still haven’t provided me my refund. After 2 months of assuring me that they can see through the tracking number that it will be coming soon to their location and that, then I will receive my refund , they’re now telling me that they will not give refund to the customer who has already been refunded before. Though that other refund was from another order (again a foundation & concealer), that I also immediately returned bc it is not the right shade for me , and decided to purchase another foundation shade. What I am beyond disgusted that they told me (Manuel), will not honor refund to customer plainly bc the package was lost in the FedEx route (which they’re the ones who have agreement with) and if it happened twice , (FedEx lost your return package twice ), you’re out of luck as they consider it at it as the customer fault.
They have no accountability and zero customer care. I am yet to receive my $150 refund from a foundation that I immediately retuned.

Update * After I wrote this review last week .. I tried to call them back today and addressed this issue again. Somehow , the customer service supervisor suddenly approved me the refund.

Ordered the Cle de Peau mascara from a online retailer and the product that arrived was Akin to a cheap supermarket brand that did not coat lashes or give any length or curl to my eyelashes. Very poor quality and definately not worth £46. Very poor product in comparison to Lanvome and Dior mascaras. I am very disappointed with the product and would advise people not to buy this mascara.

I love this product! its the perfect size and it can be used as my workphone, camera, etc. its strong and durable too so i dont need to worry about it breaking. i will continue to use this product for years to come!

Worst customer service possible! I signed up for their newsletter to take advantage of the introductory discount. Can’t get the emails to stop!! They send them daily and with no unsubscribe option. I contacted customer service which in itself wasn’t straightforward. A person named Tina responded with a request for attachments. What? I explained all I wanted was for the spams to stop. She apologized and offered to contact their head office for action. Months later spams are still coming in with vengeance sometimes multiple times a day. I have never seen anything like this (except for Deepak Chopra’s website which also is designed to prevent you from unsubscribing). Very frustrating in this day and age!
