At first I got to deal with Amy and unfortunately she didn't really respond to my emails and phone calls, felt like she didn't care but thankfully next time I rang I got Michelle McMullen and she saved the day, she helped me out a lot as I wanted to book a cruise for the first time and wasn't sure what's the best for the experience I was looking for, she spend time telling me all the details regarding cruises. She was prompt with answering my emails and phone calls so I'm glad I got to talk to Michelle. Honestly next one I'll be booking I will definitely contact Michelle again.

Called to book and pay for my trip, initially the girl I was dealing with was great,but as we got halfway through my payment,Revolut and One for All vouchers, she stopped and said she would call me back shortly, never happened. Had to ring next day and thankfully got a lovely guy(Noah) and got it all sorted. Glad it's all sorted 👍

We recently booked our Princess Mediterranean Cruise with Click&Go and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.
What made our experience so great was the level of customer service we received from Michelle. From our very first enquiry, Michelle was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. She took the time to go through all of our options, answered every question we had, and made the entire booking process feel easy and stress free.
Nothing was too much trouble and we never felt rushed or pressured. Michelle’s knowledge of the cruise packages, cabins, flights and add-ons was second to none, and she ensured we got the best value for exactly what we wanted.
What really stood out was the follow up after booking. Michelle stayed in touch, came back promptly on every query, and gave us complete confidence that everything was taken care of. That personal attention made all the difference and gave us real peace of mind.
It is rare these days to receive such attentive and genuine customer service, and Michelle is a credit to Click&Go.
We are now counting down the days to our Mediterranean Cruise and would highly recommend Michelle and the Click&Go team to anyone thinking of booking their next holiday.
