Top Class Sevice and Amy gets 5 Stars 🌟
Having mistakenly thought there was an travel agent office for the public to walk in to we went to the address of the head office ... whoooops! Anyway the staff could not have been more helpful/flexible and Amy very kindly dealt with us at her desk (not the norm).
Amy was so easy to deal with. She has a lovely manner, knowlegde and personality when listening to us and making recommendations. She quickly knew what and where would suit our wish list.
I can't speak highly enough of Amy and even though I felt stupid thinking the office was open to the public we walked away very happy with a booking made.

Warning to anyone thinking of booking a…
Warning to anyone thinking of booking a holiday through click & go. DO NOT! We foolishly booked our first family holiday with them and were left horrified. We asked the representative for a family friendly clean all inclusive holiday and we got the complete opposite! Place was filthy & absolutely not child friendly
Was the worst week of our lives. When I complained to click & ho they were nothing but rude! Got their back up and basically started insulting me. I have lots of pictures of where they sent us so il try and post those now
Please see response from click & go how unprofessional advertising my personal details. I will be seeking legal advise. This company is crazy! Update this is a breach of GDPR. There was also electrical exposed wires outside our room with small children and yet no follow up done on that. Also how was a refund any good to is when click and go had told us no alternative accommodation in the region!!! He left that part out. Currently on hold to try and speak with complaints agent that published all my details below. No response. Such an unprofessional company. Have reported the response & also want to say regards transfers as you mentioned below we travelled with a toddler & on both journeys no safe car seat was provided
Click & go take some responsibility here. I wouldn't want any other family to experience this & how unprofessional you have been. Weather we decided to book a 3 star or a 5 star it should still meet satisfactory standards how dare you suggest otherwise . Have contacted the DPA as your reply is in breach of same. Don't think you will get much business acting so unprofessional I have also contacted your CEO. Update as of the 27th of April
I have tried contacting click & go but on hold for 25 minutes today. Representative has amended his reply today due to his DPA breach on Friday last. Be very careful of this company they will publish your private details and then not respond to your calls. They are taking no responsibility. Terrible company would warn anyone to stay clear & research your own holiday. We will never be fooled again.
