I could not get finance, needed a car. Warrington Branch so helpful, Got just what I was looking for. Josh and Nicos in sales really pleasant to deal with. Phil in Credit explains everything well and in detail. Really easy to deal with. I will certainly be using them again in a couple of years time when my credit has improved.

Brought a car from the Crawley office 4 months ago. Still waiting for my log book on my new car. Left my old car as a part exchange left everything with them as they were full of "oh please let us sort this for you the log book etc don't worry enjoy your new car". Received as letter this morning from the DVLA stating the car I left as a an exchange has been impounded in London and I'm being charged £30 per day until I collect it and £1000 charges for removal etc. Called office and was told nothing to do with us we sold your old car!! WORST COMPANY EVER.... CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL THEY JUST WANT TO TIE YOU IN TO A CAR AND MOVE YOU ON. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We purchased a vehicle on the 23rd September 2016. We have never been treated with such respect in our life especially when purchasing anything. Nathan-Ibstock was brilliant and gave us the best customer service,He explained and went through all the paperwork in detail. We have recommended all our family and friends to Car credit and especially to Nathans branch.THANK YOU SOO MUCH AND WE PRAY YOU SUCEED IN LIFE.

Excellent service easy to find good selection of cars paperwork was all explained and easy to follow. DEAN is brilliant talked to step by step great sense of humour.

Also has an area for children

From start to finish excellent service many sales were involved couldn't of asked for a better team helping me purchase my car, I believe it was rayan my original sales advisor and sale completed with Aaron who stayed to ensure I left that day with the car, very friendly everything was explained in detail and I left feeling a very happy lady was made to feel very welcome and I will be returning to them in future for further purchases thanks guys

We've had a very pleaseant experience with the company and the man who dealt with us Tim was very help full test drove 2 cars and decided on the Mazda 3 collected the car with a 12 month mot and very pleased only negative is that when we viewed the car the first day there was one main scratch that was due to be repaired but the following day after it had been for its mot and the delivery driver had brought it to us for delivery we dropped him back to the garage and then took the car home whilst getting my daughter out the car i noticed there was a further bad scratch on the wheel arch, the cars due to go in this Wednesday to have the first repaired and hopefully the second one that was not done within 45 mins of Collecting the car, photos were taken so hopefully we will have this repaired also, if this is done i am more than happy to give a full 5 star review :)

We were made to feel very welcome from the start. Dean and Charlie from Milton Keynes went above and beyond to do the best for us to get a lovely family car. We came away very happy and were not pushed into anything at all. Michelle at reception was also so kind and friendly and kept my family entertained whilst we sorted paper work. Thank you :)

Initially everything was fine, the lady was lovely and although there wasn't much choice I found a car that fitted my needs and after a few hours of sorting paperwork I drove home in it. After a few days I started getting calls saying they needed bank statements and payslips, even though I had provided all of them when I went to collect the car. When I asked why they needed them I was told that they had chucked them away as the finance company hadn't wanted them initially! Sounded a bit strange but I provided them once again. After 5 weeks I received a voicemail from them so popped out to listen to it in my lunch break and it said they needed to collect the car as the finance hadn't gone through and they would be at my office in roughly an hour! A little while later the man came to collect the car and that was that! After another call to them they did pay for me to get a taxi home but I'm still absolutely gobsmacked and angry at how this could have happened. This ridiculous situation as left me with no car, no way of getting to work or getting my children around, very out of pocket after all the expenses I have had with the car and humiliated at my place of work. Having since spoken to the finance company they confirmed that the paperwork was never submitted by click car credit which also means I was driving with invalid insurance for 5 weeks!!

Really happy with my purchase with help from ansar Warrington branch he helped me find what was more affordable for me looking forward to receiving my car on Friday

Very unexpected purchase but couldn't be more pleased! Our sales man Adam was lovely drove to pick us up and the service was 5*.

Felt very secure purchasing the vehicle we were provided all the information we asked and needed for our peace of mind. ALL the staff and I emphasise ALL the staff were lovely and helpful.

I would highly recommend for a car finance and great choice of clean, nearly new cars!
