Super Helpful Platform for Agencies

Cloud Campaign has been a great platform for managing social media across multiple clients. The interface is clean, scheduling is straightforward, and the automation tools save a lot of time. The AI features for captions, images, and inbox responses help speed up workflows without sacrificing quality. It’s clearly built with agencies in mind, and the white-label options make it easy to present a professional experience to clients. Highly recommended for teams that want to scale social media management efficiently.

Cloud Campaign is super empowering

Cloud Campaign is super empowering and their team is outstanding. It really does all I need it to, and the analytics are super useful. There are more charts and numbers than I know what to do with.

Special shoutout to their AI caption writing tool as well. Captions are my kryptonite and those can be such a slog when you have a higher volume of posts. So if I'm struggling, I just use their AI tool right as I'm scheduling a post.

Basic Billing Functionality Lacking

The software is relatively solid for our needs (white-labeling social media management), but their customer service needs a complete overhaul. Their chat widget states they're available 8AM-12PM PST on Fridays, yet you can't get an answer during those hours.

But here's the kicker - THEY DON'T SEND EMAIL INVOICES. Their support has consistently said it's not something they're able to do, even though they use Stripe for billing and this is a simple toggle within Stripe. I've never seen a software company that can't email out an invoice when they charge your card for $200. This creates constant friction between our billing department and our marketing services department. It needs to be fixed ASAP.

Hi Isaac, thanks for the feedback. Invoices are available anytime in the billing section of the admin dashboard after a charge is processed. Many teams download them there for their accounting records. That said, we understand some organizations prefer automated email invoices and we’ve shared this feedback with our product team as we continue improving billing workflows.

Regarding support availability, we’re looking into the experience you described to make sure coverage aligns with what’s shown in the chat widget.
