Club Factory 

My order no is SO269158019. I dis pre-payment and ordered one specs frame. Two times I got messages that my product is delievered but its not at all delievered to my place. I asked for refund but they are sending messages for delievery. So, bad:(

Don't buy from this app i hv ordered one product SO235932702 this orderid n from almost 2 month i m waiting for my product it's not received n i hv alreay paid amt not get my amt also n whenever I called them thy always said ony two days it will take but still not m done with this app going to uninstall

The most unreliable shopping website. I purchased a pair of jbl earbuds sometime ago. The delivery was delayed through Delhivery. When I received the earbuds the charging case was scratched and the left earbud wasn’t working properly. I immediately started for a refund and to my surprise a message popped up stating a Rs 90 charge would be deducted after “AUDITING” the product. A customer being penalised for no wrong doing of his own. KEEP IT UP CLUB FACTORY. Anyway after sending the product back it took over 2 weeks before I got my claim settled (with the deduction of Rs 90). Never again will I shop on Club Factory for the sub standard products. O yes! Terrible customer service as well.

Fraud company. The quality is not good of the product as I expected. When I return this order with this reason, then they rejected by the reason that the product is not same and also not return my payment.................Do not buy anything from this.........

The worst online company...more than a month i have placed my order and it has not arrived...finally when i called to cancell the order ... executive who took my cancellation didn't have the courtesy of asking my reason to cancell as well.... pathetic first and last experience for sure...i dont kno wheather i would be even getting my money back... Please don't buy from here

Fake shopping app. I bought a watch they sent a broken one and also of different colour. They didn't even come to receive the product and refund my money. And also the customer care never receives the call.

Quality of the product is very poor.Price is very low when compared to other online sites. At-least put image that is exact to orginal product.please don't cheat customers......

The wrost online marketing company in India, selling damaged product with high delivery charge and there no replace/payment is happening properly, there is no sufficient customer service either...its a fraud company regarding to me with my friend's experience.
