I keep coming back to this site, and for good reason. Their prices are consistently the best I’ve found, which is what brought me here in the first place. But what really keeps me as a returning customer is their fantastic customer service. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional.

I received the doll head that I ordered and she’s gorgeous. She’s prettier “in person” than in the manufacturer’s own promotional photos. This is the second doll head that I’ve ordered from Coeros and both are impressive. I’ve also ordered various accessories from them also, like my electric stand, a storage couch, and two other stands. Everything has been delivered as promised and they always follow up with me to see if I am happy with the product and if I had any problems or have any questions. Their after sale customer service is just as good as their presale service. I give them two thumbs up and I have a list of future products that I would like to get.

They shipped my order promptly after ordering, and the products were good quality. One item I ordered did have some issues, however, after informing them, they shipped out replacement parts and gave me a coupon as compensation. Very happy with their service.

I have received two doll stands with wheels, magnetic eyelashes, wigs. All fantastic items. Communication is fast, delivery excellent, items high quality. If you need anything for your companions these guys are the way to go.

Amazing store! I only bought accessories (head) but the store was friendly, helpful and most importantly everything went quickly and without any problems. The package was carefully packed and arrived intact. They have an incredible number of options for selection or modifications and if you can't find something there, contact them and they will accommodate you if possible. I can only recommend!

Ich bin Neukunde bei Cueros und habe kürzlich ein paar Dinge bestellt. TPE Kleber, Reiniger, Augenwimpern. Die Ware kam teilweise aus einem europäischen Lager und auch direkt aus China. Cueros war mit der Lieferung schneller als die "Dollizei" erlaubt. Absolute klasse, auch in der direkten Kommunikation. Der Preis bspw. für den TPE Kleber ist im Vergleich zu allen anderen Anbietern sehr preiswert !. Manche Anbieter verlangen unverschämte Mondpreise !. Die Empfehlung, bei Cueros einzukaufen, habe ich von jessydoll.
