I haveCharged full price despite applied discount code and no support response been a regular customer of…
I have been a regular customer of Coffeelink, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. I received a promotional discount code and decided to place an order using it. At checkout, the summary correctly displayed the discounted price. However, as soon as I clicked "Pay", my card was charged the full, non-discounted amount.
I immediately emailed customer service asking them to cancel the order, as I would not pay that price for half a kilo of coffee when I could buy a full kilo for the same amount. Unfortunately, I received no response or resolution from them. Very disappointed with both the system error and the lack of customer support.

One irritation:
The only downside to this company is their relentless requests for rating. I just want to buy a bag of coffee. If I bought it from Sainsburys they wouldn't start jumping up and down shouting "aren't we wonderful".

Ordered a lovely teal moka pot to then…
Ordered a lovely teal moka pot to then find out later on, once I email asking what the delivery status is of it, they tell me that it’s sold out and nothing they could do about it.
Now I’ve asked for a refund but no update from that either.

Unfortunately, the teal moka pot has now been discontinued. Due to a stock discrepancy, we were unable to fulfil your order, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
We can confirm that your refund has been processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few working days for the funds to appear in your account.
