Our nurse is so caring and helpful in every aspect of mama’s care. We love having this service provided for us, gives me peace in her care

I cannot say enough about how much my nurse, Michelle, has helped me stay on track. She is always there if I have questions and quick to offer great advice. She listens and understands my concerns and is there to cheer me on.

Nurse Bonnie is compassionate, caring, and highly knowledgeable. I look forward to our monthly meetings where we can go over my medical situation and the advice given is kosher. I have nothing but positive experiences with Nurse Bonnie and Community Wellness.

I appreciate the care and concern of the people. The nurses are wonderful and very personable, like family. The nurses even ask how I was doing taking care of my father. I appreciated that deeply. The updates to the app sometimes caused trouble trying to connect to the devices to do vitals. Overall, get people, great company.

Michelle G is a wonderful person to work with is very caring and focuses on your health and ways to improve it. She makes monthly check-in feel like a visit with a friend and your comfortable talking to her and explaining the health problems you’re having and how they’re affecting you.

Knowing they were there on day one and called about adnormal vitals and to answered any questions. Even as a nurse it made me feel more comfortable after leaving hospital after my heart attack knowing I had a medical profession to talk to since I have a low heart rate with occasional low blood pressure I have to hold a dose of my beta blocker at times.

Hinal was very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Addressed my concerns. Very respectful and caring.

My wellness appointments are an awesome experience. Chelsea is amazing and very very helpful. She gives great advice to help me in my daily routines. I've been doing much better since I've started my sessions and hope to continue improving.
