I purchased a wedding book which cost just shy of £30 including a personalised engraving on the front. What turned up was a cheap, tacky looking book which had no customisation at all. Instead, they send with it a cheap bit of engraved metal to stick on. I requested a refund but despite the book itself not being customised they have refused because it comes as a package. As such, I strongly deter anybody considering using their services.

I would recommend Confetti to others. Very good service from start to delivery.

I ordered a separate bride and groom cake topper, but the bridal figurine was a little damaged. I called Customer Services and spoke to Ellen, who apologised about the damaged items. She informed me that if I took pictures of the damaged item and sent an email, I would have a replacement sent to me. This was processed the very next day with an email from Ellen informing me that the new item was in the post on a next day delivery service. The new item arrived and it's perfect. Thank you very much to the team - especially Ellen!

After much online 'window shopping' for wedding invites we finally purchased ours from Confetti, the whole experience was very efficient and professional. We had contacted Confetti on a couple of occasions with respect to the product we were interested in, and they were very prompt in their responses. The product itself was better than I could describe, very good quality and elegant and perfect for what we wanted. Thank you so much, it's always one less worry to have when there is so much to think about and arrange!

Ordered the guest favour online after reading so many positive feedback from this company. Paid extra for express delivery and did make a note that I wanted the items to be delivered by this Thursday. Called the customer service today to make sure that the order has been despatched but received extremely disappointing customer service from the call centre.

The lady was rather rude and kept telling me that the expected delivery date is this Thursday but a minute ago she was yelling at me that the order is being prepared! She kept yelling that she couldn't understand me but I don't think such simple English would be that difficult to understand - "I just want you to confirm that I will receive the order by this Thursday". That's all I needed to know yet she failed to answer my question but constantly saying the same thing.

It's the most ridiculous and rude customer service I have ever received in my life and truly disappointed with Confetti, despite all the positive feedback. Now that I am left with few days to prepare for my guest favour even though I have paid extra delivery service and giving them the sufficient 7 working days to produce what I have ordered.

Excellent customer service, placed an order on Tuesday, delivery was estimated to be Friday and items arrived Wednesday morning.. Super speedy delivery. Thank you very much!

I ordered some personalised glasses from confetti.co.uk in June. The customer service has been excellent all the way through. Firstly I was concerned that the money had not been debited from my account. I called and the customer service individual advised this comes out once the items are dispatched, putting my mind at ease.

Once I received the glasses a number of them were smashed beyond recognition. All it took was one email to the team and they apologised and sent replacements for all of the broken items.

The glasses are perfect and the price was exceptional. I would definitely recommend and use them again without hesitation

Received the goods well before the estimated time and am really pleased with all the items, can't wait to give them out on the day

Goods ordered were exactly as described and just what I wanted.

Products- beautiful, top quality, amazed and in love with them.
Communication- they do confirm order and send a dispatch email, but they don't take payment until day of dispatch, which is fine but I wish they told me this as I didn't think I'd ordered properly.
Delivery- Delivery takes a while but my things were personalised, I was well aware at time of purchase, if you need quickly I would contact them first to double check you can get it on time. Also the order tracking doesn't seem to tell you anything other than that the order has been placed.
Payment- the only drawback for me was no PayPal 😔 I think they should try to implement this as I feel a lot more comfortable ordering online through PayPal.
Overall I found confetti brilliant, top quality products and customer service, will definitely use again!

Great product, would highly recommend the black acrylic cake topper! Clean cut quality product which feels as solid as it is beautiful.

I ordered two different centrepieces as a sample and wanted to send one back. This was no problem at all and was handled so promptly! Karolina went and checked in the warehouse to make sure I was going to order the correct one in bulk!

I will definitely now use the company for more wedding products!

I ordered some champagne flutes for my bridesmaids. I then decided I wanted more than just 4 so had to order two more. I realised after I had ordered the other two that I could have just added it on to my first order so there would only be delivery charge. I emailed the customer service team and had a reply back within 24hours to say they had added it on and it had all been taken care of as a gesture of goodwill. This has saved me a lot of money after a silly mistake I made. Highly recommend this website!

Made two massive bulk orders so pleased with the delivery and packaging of the items.
Staff have been so informative they actually emailed me to ask me about whether I wanted to wait for all of my order to arrive before dispatch or to send them in multiple items.

Also I just was missing one item and they immediately have dispatched another one so happy.

We ordered personalised stickers for our guest welcome bags (destination wedding) and personalised napkins from Confetti.co.uk - they arrived at the weekend and are absolutely gorgeous! The quality is spot on and everything arrived really well packaged. We are totally delighted and can't recommend the site highly enough!

I ordered my wedding favours from Confetti and when they arrived there were a few glasses that had a poor finish. I spoke to Ellen in the customer services department and she arranged for the glasses to be replaced immediately. Excellent customer service like this really does make a difference and I will be recommending Confetti to all my family and friends :-)

Great customer service!
An old boss once said to me: "Don't judge a person or company on what they do right, it's how they react when something goes wrong that will tell you how good they really are" And that is so true! We ordered so many items from this site, for our upcoming wedding, and they were all fantastic but sadly one we had a small issue with. Therefore I emailed Confetti, and they could not of been more helpful! They ask for some photographs and then went out of their way to give me my desired outcome. I would 100% recommend this website, not only do they supply beautiful items at very low prices but also their customer service is fantastic!
