DO NOT WORK WITH THEM, they offer everything for a trial then don't tell you about the opt out or they hit you with around £2500 bill with no way out, and their attitude on the phone tells that most venues/ company on this site have been burned by the company. Don't give them much longer as a company before all the vendors pull out and then they'll have nothing.

After your reply and truspilot request for more information else this reviewwill be rmeoved, your answer is, the opt out was not explained at the time the contract was made the monthly price was billed differently to what was sold at no point did you mention the website and app are billed separately, no mention of the full amount had to be paid in one lump sum, your customer service had no empathy about the situation and demanded the amount to be paid otherwise it would be handed straight to debt collectors, no he'll was offered to set the account up until after comparing about the service and amount to pay,

Had non of these reviews been removed as is being suggested by yourselves and trustpilot I would of seen them and not been caught in this situation having to spend around £2500 on a website and app that has brought no enquiry of any sort. I have had countless phone calls from other venues warning me about the same situation and the same problems ive experienced, along with the review before mine of rhe same situation. I do not want contact from whitespace publishing or any company associated with them, you ha e had the chance to resolve this issue and it was a threat of debt collectors.

Would not recommend. Have received no leads while listed with them.

Absolute underhanded way to do business. Not a scam but this company are just out to get your money and not interested in anything else. They don't want to help you actually get leads. Signed up for 3-month trial, didn't even get a welcome email in order to sign up and create advert and low and behold when the 3 month free trial ended we got a bill for £2k with no contact whatsoever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Total scam, signed up for 3 month trial and didn't opt out in time. For the money they charged we have had zero enquiries and zero traffic. BEWARE! Abolsutely nothing from them for over a £2,500 listing and a very agressive business model.

I just wanted to say how professional this company are - we ordered almost 2 years ago and luckily enough haven’t had any delays. I sent them our names on Sunday and they were delivered on Wednesday - all accurate and look amazing thank you so much

Placed an order on 25/11, money left account. Haven’t even had an order acknowledgment let alone the order come through. Please avoid!

Ordered 2 name plaques from eBay. I’ve been trying to contact them in various ways for over 3 weeks now. The most I’ve got is a reply from Facebook saying they’ll look into it and prompt whoever runs their eBay. Still no contact through eBay.
Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!!!

Ordered nail varnishes over a month ago nothing has arrived no contact no refund no nothing. This is disgusting and I think this website should be shut down scammers

I bought a dress as a bridesmaid and another maid got the dress first to say it was a terrible design. The maid said that her dress was a special custom order but the dress still did not fit. I ordered a regular XL dress and tried to cancel due to the bad review but they ignored me and sent the dress any way. The dress came and it was awful. I took photographs and sent them to the email but not one person responded. I am now without a dress - out shipping money and frustrated. DO NOT THINK that this website is a good deal - unless your bridesmaids are all size zero then you can alter but if they are not thin like the models then avoid at all costs. If I could have the dress altered in the US - I would but the design is OFF. the breast area is a complete joke (wish i could post photographs). Suggestion to this company: invest in AMERICAN manikins and better patterns. Women don't have breasts at their neck area. I wear size 10 to 12 so I ordered XL and thought the dress would be larger so I could alter. I never thought it would be so small that I could not alter. To top off this frustration - the company ignored every single email. STEER CLEAR and go buy a dress in the US.

They made a very minor mistake and in one day I got the correct item and I got to keep the one that they sent without personalisation.

Excellent value for money and turnaround time was efficient. The items I ordered (wooden place settings) are better than I anticipated - photos do not do them justice!

I gladly write this to say what fantastic service I have received the serviettes perfect. But I made a total misjudgment on the time to receive my delivery. I contacted them and received reply straight away and was told they would do their best to improve I then received email to say they were able to produce and send out in 48 hrs for my daughter to take to Jamaica for her wedding holiday! All received with huge thanks. Fantastic company👏

The shot glasses look excellent: both the letters and glasses (which are bigger than expected so that’s a nice surprise). I bought the guarantee at checkout and 2 shot glasses arrived broken. I contacted Confetti and they’ve been very helpful and made it all very quick and easy - and 2 more glasses are now on the way! Thank you xx

If I could leave zero stars I would.
I placed my order for a guest book frame on the 25th May, paid for express 48 hour shipping at £6.99 to be deliverered for Wednesday 29th (The Monday was a bank holiday). I didn’t receive a confirmation email so had to email them, extra hassle but hey, it happens. Now a week later and I still haven’t received my item. Today I received a text saying it will be delivered on the 4th. My event is on the 2nd. I messaged them to request a full refund, they replied saying they will refund the shipping cost.
I am beyond furious, what am I possibly going to do with a guest book AFTER said event? Worst part is that they actually ask you for the date of your event when checking out so they clearly know I will have zero need for it. I’m still trying to get my refund put through.
This was my first time experience with this site and will be the LAST! Had it been dealt with better, I wouldn’t feel like this. It’s that fact I’ve had to ask for my own confirmation email, they charged me for express shipping which took longer than standard delivery and then to top it all off they won’t just give me my refund.
UNRELIABLE, do not trust!!!

I have nothing bad to say about confetti.
I ordered glass vase set and sand. The order process was easy. They kept me updated via emails and text message near delivery day and time. 2 of the vases where engraved in a slightly different font and size but this where separate from the set as they where additional vases. I emailed customer service and they where fantastic they explained why they where different but also understood me when I said I wanted all the same as a complete family set. They went above and beyond and gave me several options we could take/try. And I now have 2 new ones coming out to match.
I can not rate the customer service enough. Ellen who I spoke to via emails was fantastic and communication was speedy.
I would definitely use this company again.

I placed a very large order for the adorable top hat favor boxes with Confetti.co.uk after looking for weeks for a retailer who could supply several of them for a wedding. I was concerned about placing the order without first testing the quality with just one, but I didn’t want to risk them selling out. Upon placing the order, I received an email confirmation that the order would arrive with two weeks to the US, which was fine. A day later, I received an email from Lesley in customer service informing me that my ordered needed to be adjusted/replaced. I thought this might delay the shipment, however only 3 days later the box with all 150 top hat favor boxes had arrived to my door! The quality of the favor boxes is wonderful. They are small (see sizing) and have a lovely sheen and delicate ribbon. I highly recommend this website and seller! Thank you, Confetti!
