Factory sealed vita dust under screen
I had a brand new ps vita fresh out of the factory seal that had dust under the screen. I sent it in and spoke to Emily & Kyle who took exceptional care and reassured me they would get it back to me in the brand spanking new condition it arrived. Kept me informed and dealt with it professionally and swiftly.

This is the IT repair centre you have been looking for
My previous experience with IT repair centres has been hit and miss. Some jobs were good, many weren't. After years of experiencing inflated IT repair bills, incomplete jobs, outright scams and the odd belligerent and even creepy technician, I'm so glad I found the Console Clinic. They are professional, cheaper than others, demonstrated a lot of integrity in helping resolve an issue, friendly and, most importantly, their work is top notch.
Very highly recommended!

I took mine and my kids ps4 in for service. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Both consoles are now completely silent. Fast and reliable service will definately use console clinic for my repairs.

Amazing company
Amazing company. My sons phone screen smashed and he was very upset so I took the phone to console clinic in Elm Park at 1730 (closed at 6) to ask them if they could fix it. Seeing that my son was upset, they fixed it there and then and closed the shop slightly late so he could have the phone straight back. Amazing price and even better service. This is now my go to shop. Thank you to the staff that saved the day

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Never experienced anything like it. Get better treatment from a dog.
Also total money grabbers.
Maybe because I wasn't white. Didn't feel my services was needed.

Thanks for the amazing reply. I have also called Console Clinic to explain the situation.
I was pushed aside for a different customers who came in after me.
Fully lied on his reply. The store was empty when I arrived.
For the money grabbing Nintendo do health checks for free. And they charge £10. Just to look at your equipment.
The reply was also left by the director of the company who needs to take up a customer service course.
Maybe train your staff.

Hi JK, it seems as though your unjustified review on google wasnt enough that you felt the need to extend your views on a different review platform.
Firstly, i find your comment very disrespectful as you was impatient enough to not wait in a queue, but find the time of your day to leave 2 reviews. From the moment of you stepping foot in the shop and stepping out was exactly 5 minutes and 11 seconds, during this time you was seen too, explained the diagnostic procedure and was told that someone will be with you shortly once the current customer had been dealt with, your lack of patience has nothing to do with your ethnicity. Every customer is treated the same, and after seeing the other reviews you have left such as Starbucks westfield, low star review because they "was busy" shows the level of respect you have towards companies.
As stated, we would of been happy to accommodate the repair, however after this very naive comment we no longer want your custom.

Quick and Successful fix
Took my computer in when it was failing to power on, and it was back within a week. I was kept up to date on what was happening with repairs, and the staff were all very helpful. Overall would highly recommend.

Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff. I broke my Dell XPX 13 screen arrgh! Console Clinic were able to advise as to the part required and fitted the genuine Dell replacement within the week. All back working good as new. Thank you Console Clinic and would highly recommend.
