Nice support. The system was not scalable as per the amount of people interested in joining the event
I was so eager to join with the VIP ticket. Unfortunately the WA Group and alchemy of self links wer just not working. (Probably due to high demand)
Unfortunate, but the team was really quick in completing the refund.
