Christy fixed my issues immediately. I am not sure Ken Knew what he was doing the first time I called for the 45 minutes I spent with him... they both sent a signal Ken said I had to step outside. Christy didn't but she said I would lose connection with her and to give her another number so she could call me back. High five Christy.. thanks... Thanks Ken for the effort and spending all that time with me..
I bought a new phone. They make it so easy and pay for it little at a time. I love their phone selection. I did it all on line. This is not the first phone I have bought. Same great service.

Could not get me and my wife a phone. I had consumer cellular in the pass and did not have any problems, but not it is. I don't I think I would consider consumer cellular to any of my family memebers.

Glad To Be Moving To Another Carrier. I moved from Consumer Cellular over two years ago. Today while having coffee, this was my wife's (Sonia) experience when she wanted to moved on from them. She had used Consumer for numerous years even though the price kept going up & the AARP price wasn't justified for any savings as it cost more for AARP than what Consumer would allow. Her phone is used for phone, messages, photos. She would always use less than 300 MB , that is MB folks a month. Emergency situation over the week-end put her over the 1k allowed data and no notification from Consumer at all. Today after John kept her trying to stay with them when calling for a transfer pin for numerous minutes while, the pin "was being generated" She had to constantly tell him to stop and just let her know the transfer pin when ready. Anyway, finally received the pin via text message, interesting how that worked but the notice going over on data did not, anyway, she is glad to be moving on to a company that has all of their representatives in the USA, respect their customers and do not update them to new plans without their permission. PS if there is another Emergency the $20 per month with the new carrier gives her automatically 3GB of data !

The patience of your staff while switching from one carrier to CC was over the top. They stayed on the line and took me through it step by step while I had the other carrier on another line. It took some time because I had two phones to process, but they stay right with me. The outcome was a successful switch to C

Long time satisfied customer with great coverage and phones. But last experience getting a new phone was a real pain with this switch to the e-sim process instead of just using the sim card I had in my previous phone.

Consumer Cellular is a great company to have as your phone carrier..I was with another company which was a nightmare..I chose to go back to consumer cellular because they are a great company..That saying the grass isnot greener on the other side..THAT is the truth...I will never leave comsumer cellullar ever again..They have the best pricing for your every day needs..Unlimited talk, text and data for the 2 lines you are talking 52.00 a month give or take..The other company charged me 3 timkes that amount..wasnot worth it...TRUST ME..Consumer cellular will take great care of you..They want a happy customer..I can honestly say that now I am back with consumer cellular and I am a happy customer...Thank you consumer cellular for being a great company that makes sure their customers are happy with their service every day..

Next to walking into a car dealership, a phone store is 2nd on my list of unpleasant experiences. But my local Consumer Cellular storefront is convenient and staff are present to answer questions. I didn't feel hurried and the rep spoke in plain words.

Ordered and financed a new phone with no interest and it arrived the next day. Setup was a snap, followed the instructions and placed the two phones next to each other and waited until it copied everything from my old phone. Couldn't be any easier!

I was a customer for just about 10 years or so. I wanted to try something new & different, So i had my consumer cellular services canceled & transferred to my new phone. This happen back on March 19, 2026. My final bill was on April 2026 which I fully paid. Then to my surprise, they dare to send me another final bill for May 2026 (which I am not paying) I haven't had services with them since March 19, 2026 & they are sending me another bill. This is very unfair & unacceptable. The only reason that I canceled my services with them was mostly because of the Data issue, plus without my permission they would upgrade to another plan which I had to pay more. I was unsatisfied with their services. It was time to cut my losses & move on to something I can be happy with. I don't recommend to anyone. Im still in shock mode that they still sending me another bill when I haven't had services with them since March 19, 2026. Can they be any greedier? If they keep insisting in a payment I don't owe, I will be taking this up not only the BBB but will file complainr with The Federal Trade commission as well.
