Long term customer who’s service experience is declining
Over time the service is declining.
Orders sit for long periods in ‘Processing’
No communication is forthcoming and is only reactive if you reach out as a customer.
When you do contact, your enquiries do get followed up, but then nothing changes.
Ordered on 4th May, showing still processing on 15th May.

Thank you for your review and your continued custom.
I am sorry that your recent orders have taken longer to reach you that in the past. We do advise at the time of ordering the estimated date of despatch, however there will be times when further delays may happen with the manufacturer.
It is unfortunate that the lenses you require are gradually being discontinued, which means the manufacturers are slower at replenishing stock and therefore slower at getting them to us.
Again I apologise that you have been affected by this and we will try and advise of delays in advance when possible.

Very easy glasses very robust for £15 !! Love them free delivery over £35 had contact lenses had before and were comfortable day wear Would use again had free delivery but added a contact lenses case to get it as needed £1 more to spend but all came 3 different times
