This place is a scam I bought a 90 day supply that was on sale I checked several times toaoe sure it was 90 day supply and that my prescription was right . They tell me they don't sell them on 90 days supply well that's sure what I bought and my receipt I never got from them I received 2 emails from them none stated what I ordered or a receipt of my order this place is a scam don't waste your money on this fraud site

I was so worried after I accidentally ordered the wrong power for my lens. I emailed their customer service in a panic and they were so friendly and comforting about my silly mistake. They calmed me down and fixed my mistake without any hassle. It is heart warming to find a shop that really cares about their customer. I will come back another time to buy from them again.

Ill let you know if I ever receive them.theyve been "stuck in customs" for a month now and this was AFTER ordering from their site and being told the item was discontinued so I asked for another brand...guess what, yes they didnt have that one either. So now the one they suggested, I may never see...so far Id give them a zero if this had the option

I ordered contacts and got what I ordered. International shipping without any customs issues

Standard box of Air Optix has 6 contacts, Contactlensxchange box only has 3 for the same price in US. Took 20 days to receive and only partial shipment. Instantly charged PayPal without authorization. Total scam from start to finish

They were great my lens came in less than 2 weeks I was able to track them I would recommend them to anyone

They canceled my order. They said they are out of stock after accepting the order and getting the payment and despite I tried to reach multiple times they are not refunding my money. UPDATE: They refunded my money 20 days after order..

I ordered 4 boxes of contact lenses , they sent only 2 and then credit back for the other 2 boxes to a PayPal account supposedly that's not even my account, to begin with I didn't pay with PayPal ,why would they credit back to PayPal and less no my account. just fraud, scam

I wasn't sure about trying color contact lenses or which color to pick. While browsing online, I found their website and was amazed by the wide variety of colors and design they offered. Since it was my first time, I sought advice from their customer service and they responded quickly to my questions. Eventually, I decided to order a pair and give it a try. When I wore them out with my friends for the first time, they were pleasantly surprised and loved how they looked on me. Encouraged by the positive feedback, I recently bought another pair for a birthday party. I was worried they wouldn't arrive in time, but to my delight, they came right on schedule. I was so thankful to be able to wear them to the party and had a fantastic time. Now I am looking forward to trying more colors and designs from their collection. I have never regretted trying color lenses for the first time!

I ordered from this company the wrong size and sent my Dr's prescription in and they didn't check it with what I had ordered and sent it to me over a month after I had ordered and would not give in my money back even throw there website says and the law says they must check it. Also, I wrote a bad review on there website and it never showed up. (figures)

I had lost count how many times I had bought from them since the day I started to buy lenses from them. Recently, I received a pair of lenses from them and realised that I had choose the wrong power.

I quickly contacted their customer service and told them about this situation. They were very helpful and assist me to replace with the correct ones. They assure me that there is nothing not to worry as I am their regular customer.

I was relieved that it was settled quickly without any hassle.

This is an update on my review of October 18, 2022. I finally received my contact lenses on October 26, 2022. They were shipped from Singapore.
Over 7 weeks from my order date of September 5, 2022. In the receipt that was in the box is a note saying that I need to "Soak lens in multipurpose solution for 6 hours before use." What?? Are these not sterile? I am not happy at all with this company.

I feel proud and confident every time I share contactlensxchange website with friends and I have been blown away order after order with the good price and quality of everything I've received.

There was an occasion that I ended up with one lens (out of many lens in one particular order) that had the wrong prescription, the customer service made it right by sending me a replacement without any hassle or question. I would never use another site for my contacts now.

I LOVE the way the customer service staff make me feel that I am always important to them.

I never regretted buying from them and will continue to check their website for new products.

In United States we do not have certain contact lens so I have to search elsewhere for the color contacts that I wanted for an important event. The search was not easy especially I am not so familiar with the type of color lens available.

They helped me to find the best pair of color contacts that suits me. They had suggested a couple of different types of colored lenses and after some thoughts, then I made a purchase which I think that suit my eyes colour. The result was fantastic and I never regret the decision.

They have amazing customer service skills, competitive prices, speedy service/shipping, and good quality contact lenses. I absolutely love their contacts especially their Acuvue define and Freshlook collection. I wear these daily and even multiple times during the day. They are extremely soft and very comfortable to wear. Whenever someone complimented on my eyes, I always refer them to Contactlensxchange and I hope that they can share my awesome experience.

How do I know about this website? It was recommend by my friend who had been buying from them and this is the 5th time I am buying my lenses from them. They had so many designs and their lenses look natural yet give you that wow factor that everybody is looking for. It is a very hard choice for me to choose which one should I buy this time.

In the end, I decided to try one of the color lens that they have. I was attracted to its design and the color of the lens. My order arrived in a timely manner and I am so happy with the lens. Up till now, I didn’t regret buying from them. I will come back again for my next pair of lens.

Extremely misleading, ordered contacts on 1/27/21 received on 3/4/21 so if you have time to wait it would be ok. But then I received my contacts and only 3 in each box, when I ordered it stated 6 to a box, think they recently changed that but don't have any proof. It was deffinately more expensive this way and took so long to get. The only good thing was quick replies on customer service. I would never use this site again. There are much more reasonable sites with much quicker shipping.

It is not easy to find a contact lens online store that you will come back and buy from them again when you know that there are so many of them in the internet. After much searching around, I found this store which I feel comfortable and confident after talking to their customer service through email on my questions. I had been buying a few pairs of contact lenses from them. They are very comfortable to wear.

Especially, I like their colored lenses and they had so many designs which I like. The color lenses suggested by their customer service suit my eyes color and I was very happy with the results. I will continue to buy from them when I needed my next pair of contact lenses.

First my order took over a month to arrive. Second, the contacts were 3 lenses to a box and not 6 like most companies I have used online. I can say that's on me for not seeing that in the details but come on, their price was only a few dollars cheaper than who I usually go with so I didn't think much of it.

I have orders from them many year and was happy with at first but this few year they alway have problems with my order. After i put in my order and they take my money they would email me and ask me to change my power to a higher power or a lesser power. One or two time i had just cancel that item but still keep the rest of my order. This time again they telling me the same thing even after months later and it was different power im ordering it still out of stock at first. So i ask them to switch my two into another color but still keep the power they reply to me that “ Sorry we do not have geo eye cream vanilla brown with the required power as this power is not common.” After the email back and foward i ask them to cancel my whole order and the way it seem they want to pressure me into accept another power like use instead of cancelling my whole order. And when i told them i want to cancel all they tell me they i could keep the rest of my other order and just cancel this two order and i told them no and ask them to cancel my whole order they then tell me if i was to cancel my whole order they will refund me but will charge $2.50 out of my order. Honestly $2.50 is not much but i will never order from then again and will look for another site for my future purchase this company keep getting worst with how they handle problems. Why do they have that power to order if they dont have it in stock or even exist to process. And my previous orders i have same issue and i didnt have time to reply (because i dont check my email often) to them they just send me a different power without my permission of accepting.
