Smooth order with quick delivery and good service. order was for Kate Spade clutch. It arrived after 3 days to the frontdoor.

Bad customer service and hidden charges

I have been waiting 80 days for an order of Oakley sunglasses to be shipped to the UK.

The website claims that within 3 days, a tracking number would be given. No such tracking number was given.

I understand that it will take time to ship items from the US to the UK, but no communication or tracking when I’ve paid $123 is appalling.

They also did not reply to a message requesting information sent a week ago.

Shockingly bad service and seemingly a scam.

Paid for product on 12 January 2024 it's now 2 September 2024. No product no communication. Con artists thieves don't support these people. All that will happen is your money will get stolen.

Perfect customer care! The products I ordered are great quality. The shipping was very fast, in about two weeks which is very good taking in the account I live in Europe.

Check the UPS letters!!! Suspicion of fraud!
Only pay with PayPal, otherwise you will never get your money back!
After placing my order, I received several suspicious letters from UPS demanding payment. Be sure to check the letters. After I read the bad review of the company and refused to accept the goods, I received suspicious calls, emails and letters from UPS for months with unfounded demands for payment. Even now after 5 months I am still getting UPS letters with fake reminders and demands for payment!!!! Beware of this company!!!
I only got my money back thanks to PayPal!

My second order from this website, the shipping was quick and the watch was as expected.
I ordered a Casio watch and the shipping was to Singapore.

I bought a pair of Silhouette eyeglasses frames. Because the reviews were mixed, I was worried, so first I contacted them through their contact form to verify if indeed they had the frames in stock ready to order. They replied within 24h, I placed the order, and the package arrived in 4 days to my US address. The frames were indeed original and brand new.

Beware of a scam!
Ordered a sunglasses 3 weeks ago. I paid for my order. Received confirmation email it will be shipped "soon". After a week or so, my order was not shipped so I send them an email. Customer agent Will replied how my order will be shipped "soon". 10 days later, no sign from them. Again, I asked about my order, no communication. After that I asked for a refund, never heard from them anymore. I have been scammed!

Looks like a scammer website.

I bought glasses, after two weeks no tracking number and at the end no communication.
Money is gone.

I ordered a pair of OAKLEY sunglasses, payment was charged to my credit card and despite my several attempts to reach "customer service," I haven't heard back from anyone nor have I received my sunglasses or communication about where/when I'll receive them...IF I EVER WILL RECEIVE THEM????
I did get eventual communication and my product ordered arrived with complete satisfaction from the company. I was told there was an electronic glitch which delayed receipt of my order.
