Took us much more longer than what was expected. But even with lots of frustrations we understand all the wait was productive. If you want all things to be done 100% properly than Christian Peterson and his team are the ones you need. To have all done how should be will take longer but will be completed .Many thanks for being with us during this journey.

Thorough checks as necessary and always had my best intentions at the forefront of any checks and decisions to be made. My first house fell through after a prolonged period of time but Jenny at conveyancing pushed through my second house very quickly and was always available with quick responses by either phone call or emails. Would definitely recommend.

The process of applying for arranging a mortgage has got unnecessarily complex and laborious over the last few years. Mainly around confirming identity. I had to formally confirm my identity 3 times in different places. This should be much more streamlined and different organisations should share data. The introduction of a government digital ID should do away with this stupid duplication effort which is just a waste of time. Also this workflow is ideally suited to being replaced by AI

I was impressed with the ease in which I was able to conduct my business and apart from posting letters, all from the comfort of my own home. Ali Hassan was my property lawyer who I have to complement on his effectiveness in ensuring all activities required remained on track. Making the whole process for me personally stress free.

My first and last. Would definitely not have them act for my future transactions again. Not that it was my choice to use them in the first place. These guys were automatically appointed to act for me as they are directly affiliated with my chosen estate agent(their in-house solicitors). Had I known sooner as a person new to buying/selling properties, I would have used my previous solicitor any day. One of my many regrets.
