Incredibly poor communication resulted in a remortgage being unable to complete on time. I had to change lender and use a different solicitor to resolve. Avoid.

If there was ever a time she wasn't available, others at the office were quick to help. Bryony was brilliant, had issues with the title deed and a managing company which she helped push through. Once resolved she progressed to completion so quickly. Really happy with her help.

This company was used by our buyers. There did not seem to be any specific person with responsibility hence, communication was very poor and very slow. They were chased by our solicitor and the estate agent and their client with little or no progress made. We were informed that they are a volume conveyancing service which may explain the lack of personal contact available and length of time to complete. There was no upward chain and we sold to first time buyers.

I really appreciated Tom from this company, who has been very accommodating in my awkward circumstances (being away from the UK for most of the sale process). Once everything was set up, the process was made clear and he was very helpful with any questions/issues that I had.

Caroline has been really helpful throughout the process, this was my first time buying a house and she answered all my questions (there was a few). She kept me updated on the exchange and completion, I’ve really appreciated her help throughout the whole of this process.

I used Conveyancing Direct for the purchase of my house as I had Dealt with them for a house I wanted prior to this. The sale fell through and as advertised, I was not charged. When I found my new house I asked Conveyancing Direct if I could deal with Poppy Newcomb again as she had all my previous information and she was absolutely brilliant last time.
The vendors were on a very tight time scale and Poppy made it happen!
She helped me every step of the way and always answered calls and emails promptly.
