Rude Call
Call from someone called "Zack", saying he was from Conveyancing Index, he wanted to speak with me regarding my recent house purchase.
I confirmed it wasn't appropriate for me to take this call, yet he continued to press me with questions. After the fourth question, I again mentioned it was not appropriate for me to take the call. He then stated "well you shouldn't of picked up the phone then mate", wonderful professionalism. Little did Zack know I was waiting for a very important call, so had to identify the caller.
Be careful putting in your details to this website if these are the types of calls you're expected to receive.

Swift & Reliable
I personally had a good experience using Conveyancing Index. Debbie Matthews who was dealing with my case was extremely helpful and swiftly helped me with the things I needed. Within a day I had the quotes I needed using the information provided. And was able to move ahead within the same working day. Response to requests and questions was provided quickly and accurately with the information I required. Made the experience as a first time buyer less stressful and easier to understand.

I needed to find a conveyancer for the legal process of selling a garage.
Debbie asked a few questions about the sale, did a quick search and sent me three quotes and within a few minutes I was able to instruct a solicitor to act on my behalf. The whole process was quick and easy and I would definitely recommend Conveyancing Index to anyone looking for conveyancing services.

Debbie was fab at finding us a solicitor. The fees ended up being higher generally than what was quoted (suggested admin fees etc). I wasn't quite sure why I went through this site in the end. It seems easier to go direct.
