I called first due to reviews about in stock not being updated. They updated their system and is now accurate. Ordered a few pairs of under armor and received all of the order 3 days later. Great price and great service

I rated my experience 2 stars, though I’m open to giving it more. I ordered 2 of the same item and have only received 1 of the items. All of the correspondence from Copsplus makes me think that they are treating the transaction as complete. If that is the case I’m rather dissatisfied. But mistakes happen. If they send me the other item I ordered in a timely and easy manner then I’ll be writing back to upgrade and share my positive experience.

I've been using copsplus for the past 7 years or so and I can say without any doubt they are the absolute best site to get the supplies they sell. They have the lowest prices on things like pepper spray and other self defense weapons, they also ship very fast and have excellent reponsive customer service. I wouldn't order from anyone else.

No one is perfect, and slip-up certainly can happen. However, my order was acknowledged quickly, shipped soon after order was received, and promptly arrived. They had the price and availability I was looking for.

I've placed 3 or 4 orders with them over the past 5 years and every single time they screwed it up in some way...selling me things they don't carry, sending me the wrong item, refusing to honor their price match guarantee, double charging me for a backordered item months later. I don't think they're dishonest, just highly incompetent.

As always copsplus is a painless experience. They literally have everything, website is simple, shipping is fast and products are top quality.. They will always get my business for duty gear.. maybe even some off duty gear also.

Got everything I ordered in about 2-3 weeks. Was happy with the product and would definitely order from them again.

After almost 5 months of waiting for my order, I received an email stating that they no longer had my card information on file and will have to resubmit my $200 payment. Shortly after initial purchase, I disposed of the gift card that I used for the transaction as I received a receipt via email and concluded that the transaction was complete. After contacting customer service, they informed me that the best they could do would be to resell me the item for an additional $100, putting the grand total at $300. The whole experience left me feeling like I’d been scammed.

Spent time trying to find a specific holster online and found it on Cops Plus. Placed my order and saw that the ship date was about two weeks out. Thought that was weird but was willing to wait because it was a very specific holster. Waited the two weeks and then got an email that the holster was not in stock and they could keep my order but they had no ETA for a shipping date.
Very disappointed and will not shop with them again.

Avoid this site!!! Recent order resulted in credit card charges being applied to non-purchased items. Don't know if this is a lack of security for purchases, or they are a scam site. A police report and internet-fraud report has been initiated.
