High standards, professional and efficient
We have had Coral before, for the installation of our Georgian-style windows and they were very good then. So we've had them again most recently to install our new conservatory. They were excellent from the start, visiting us to discuss what we wanted and the installation was efficient and on time. They have a very efficient professional polite team who all know exactly what they are doing, and carried out to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the results and were once again very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

So we are so glad to hear you are happy with your second coral installation and we can't wait to help you in your next project.
Thank you for choosing Coral,

Great buying experience from start to…
Great buying experience from start to finish. All coral members of staff from the initial quote through to the fitters have been a pleasure to deal with. No hard sale - just decent people who want to do their best for the client (this is getting all the more rare these days so we really appreciated how they put the customer first and kept us informed along the way) Highly recommend and a trustworthy business to deal with.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We’re genuinely delighted to hear that you had a great experience from the initial quote right through to the installation.
Putting our customers first, keeping communication clear, and avoiding pressure sales are values we really care about, so it means a lot to know that came through in your experience. I’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to the whole team, including the fitters.
Thank you again for your recommendation and trust it was a pleasure working with you.

Great Experience!
Professional and reliable company throughout the build of a small conservatory style addition to my property. I was kept up to date on all relevant stages of the work which was completed within 8 days and the lads who worked on it were lovely and courteous throughout. I would highly recommend this company as it was recommended to me by another very satisfied customer. Also no money was paid upfront which was very reassuring in this day and age!

I called today at the Halifax
I called today at the Halifax, showroom interested in buying two doors. The showroom was immaculate, but unfortunately I had to deal with a certain gentleman who was rude, and very cocky I asked him to give me a guide line on price which he refused and walked of with his back to me, not even asking me my details for further assistance. Just a cocky individual with no knowledge of customer service and devoid of any quality sales ability. David.

Antwoord van Coral Windows
Good Morning, we have no details on file for you. Could you please give us a call to discuss this, if you call and mention you have left a review on trustpilot we can hopefully help to resolve this for you.
We are sorry you felt our staff were rude, this is honestly something which has never been raised before so we would very much like to look into this for you. Unfortunately we cannot give indicative or guideline prices as every property is different, we need to see what the access and location are like, what condition the current products are in and how they are fitted and also measure up, any change can hugely affect prices and so we have learned giving people indicative prices can give them incorrect expectations and we prefer to be honest at all times.
Please do give us a call and hopefully we can resolve this for you.

Prompt and proper
The work was carried out promptly and to specification despite the weather being very cold and windy. Mess was cleaned up, some muddy prints were left, but nothing a quick mop couldn't resolve.

Fitting was excellent and guys lovely but no communication between initial appointment with salesman and no confirmation that date was actually going ahead
Had to message in day to see if they were coming
Quick to get you to come and sign up but then nothing
Very poor customer service when spending so much

Antwoord van Coral Windows
Good afternoon, we are sorry you felt the communication was lacking, the normal process would involve several calls between sale and install, once to book survey, once after survey to book the install and once the night before install to confirm fitters approximate arrival time. We will review what has happened with these communications and a member of our senior management team will be in touch to discuss this with you.
We are glad you were pleased with the installation and product.
