Spent £6600 for a new conservatory roof…
Spent £6600 for a new conservatory roof . Initially finished off very poor and was up to me to take the pictures for them to see just what a bad finish it was .
We then had a bad leak when it rained , they sent someone out who confirmed it was their fault , we had to wait 3 MONTHS for someone to come and repair it !!! Poor after care coral windows, won’t have them again . Not even a courtesy call after waiting 3 months to confirm they were coming . Just poor

Having poor doors on this new build by…
Having poor doors on this new build by Gleesons home when I first moved in . Rain leaking through ect not been able to get in or out in winter.
Thanks to coral they have been excellent and replaced the both doors front and back with no issues. The workmanship has been spot on and the Customer service
My parents have also been with them many years from previous adress And you can’t fault them good quality doors and fantastic friendly customer service
definitely using again for my windows next

I’ve been a coral customer for over 30 years and found them always attentive, reliable and very friendly/approachable and always have your full interest at heart. They recently came out to fix my patio doors, the chap that came was very friendly and fixed them so quickly. They made an old ladies day. thank you Coral.

One satisfied customer
The 2 work men carried outthe jobs of replacing 1 window and repairing a panel on patio door to my satisfaction. The workmen did not mind me taking pics and short videos while they worked. They cleaned up after themselves and covered my surfaces so as to limit any debri or dust in my kitchen. I was happy to offer them a hot drink and they accepted appreciated it very much. Sociable and a friendly team..thank you both for carrying out the work so professionally you both made my day

Poor aftercare
Installation team were great but aftercare leaves a lot to be desired. Two weeks to sort out a major issue. Had to chase up a number of times as calls weren’t returned.

Good product..installers doing building work made an excellent job of our new French doors - looked like they’d always been there.Cant believe how quick the installation of our full
Order was.however did have somebody back from coral to adjust 2 of the doors.Now all good and the chap that did the adjustments was very knowledgeable.yes I would recommend Coral windows and would use them again.

Great windows as usual but felt hassled…
Great windows as usual but felt hassled by the company before installation.
One of the windows I had ordered needed scaffolding. As I already had scaffolding in place because I was having other work completed, I thought it would be a straightforward matter for Coral windows to use said scaffolding.
How wrong that proved to be. In the weeks before the installation of the window, I was repeatedly phoned to check whether the scaffolding had a safety tag attached. I repeatedly told the caller that the tag would be attached when the installation date came, however the calls kept coming.
On one occasion, when I had not picked up, the call was made from a different phone number, and again I told them the tag would be attached. I felt very disappointed that, as a very long-standing customer, I did not feel that the company trusted me. As a result, I won't be using Coral windows again.

Good morning, at coral ensuring the health and safety of our clients, our contractors and our employees is of the utmost importance to us as a conscientious business. We have customers ask us to use pre-existing scaffold reasonably often and we are unable to work on it if it doesn't have the correct certification, it has occurred on numerous occasions and customers have been very upset we cannot begin work as required so we have learned to ensure this is done prior. We are sorry that you felt we didn't trust you this was genuinely not our intention, but we just want to make sure everything runs smoothly. A member of our senior management will review the contacts to you over this period and be in contact to understand how you feel we could have done better with this. We are glad you love the windows though!
5* service from start to finish
100% would recommend coral windows! After having an awful experience with safestyle uk with poor communication and a poorly installed/manufactured door. Coral windows have come out when they said they would, given me an installation date and turned up on the date given with everything to spec and installed the door to a very high standard. I didn’t catch the engineers name but he was fantastic and went above any beyond. Can’t fault the process at all. 5* well deserved!
