Ordered a coffee in the Dunshaghlin branch, gave me the complete wrong coffee that tasted awful,asked was this the correct coffee and was told yes! ordered caramel also and when I stated to the cashier there was no Carmel added he just took it off me and squirt some Carmel in, shocking.

Emailed and received a response from head office but nothing else.

Avoid!

75c for 3 crusty Marshmallows, and 75c extra for a small squirt of cream in a hot chocolate that's already €5!! A total rip off. Only came is as I had a voucher. Won't be using costa again.

From bad to worse: Do us a favour Costa and close down, make room for other cafes who need space to set up their business. Your customer service and facilities are a disgrace. Either fix things or get out.

Manager is not nice at all. The staff are excellent. But when we complained about funny taste in our tea she tried to say it was the tea bags. The gave me another tea but smaller. And still tastes bad. When I asked can we get a bottle drink she refused us and said she can’t do that. Said no tea still tastes strange

Visited few costa cafes abound Dublin and all have same issue - staff don't seem to bother clearing tables or clean the place. Very disappointed. Takes away from a coffee experience. Also if you enter the cafe half an hour before closing time, they'll serve you and then say you have to have it takeaway 🫣

Don't go to these in there Bray Costa if you've a Disablity or have anybody who has Autism. I am Disabled my Nephew who has Autism has been to this Costa Coffee in the Shopping centre of Bray beside Motorway a few times. So they know Im Disabled and My Nephew has Autism. I've gone there Saturday thinking it'll be still open even doe was getting late. So was out of the car on crutches standing beside the front door of Costa and forgot my phone I've asked my Nephew could he go over and collect it for me. Whilst waiting outside front door I hear it being locked. I then knocked on the door told the member of Staff we'd driven from Wicklow to get a Coffee could we even get a take away? As this was a Treat for my Nephew who enjoys getting two cakes and coffee at this Costa. The guy speaking through the glass said sorry it was closed. Really a terrible way to treat customers who they could see where right outside the door knowing both of us to see and still refused even a takeaway Coffee as this was all I asked for. As I said it was for my Nephew who's Autism I will NEVER GO NEAR THESE AGAIN. went to StarBucks in Bray were they treated both of us Greatly. GOOD BYE COSTA 👋😡😡😡

I was given a £25 Costaireland Gift Card last Christmas. I opened it for the first time on 17 December just to check if there was an expiry date. The card had expired 3 days earlier. I checked online and found that "it will expire if the card is not used for 5 years in Ireland /1 year in Northern Ireland from the point of purchase." The card was purchased in Northern Ireland. I emailed them requesting a goodwill gesture of re-instating the card for a few days so that I could use the card and received the reply from Alan: "Sorry but I cannot reactivate cards when they have expired. If you have a Costa Ireland coffee club app account I could put a couple of points on it for you." Not much of a goodwill gesture. Why treat Northern Ireland customers differently? Come on Costa - it's Christmas. Do the right thing.

MBCC Foods Ireland Ltd, the company that operates the franchises, are as tight as hell when it comes to giving incentives to the customers. They make it as difficult as possible for a customer to get what's due in the way of loyalty points, and I don't recall them ever giving coupons to people for discounts or freebies, even though there's a section on the Costa Ireland app for coupons. In the past, if you didn't get any points on a transaction, you could scan the receipt and email it to Costa and get the missing points added. Of course, if you didn't get a receipt there was no way that you could retrieve the missing points. They've now stated that just emailing the receipt to them isn't good enough as the receipt now has to be signed by the server. In a busy Costa people probably wouldn't waste their time getting the attention of a server after discovering that there were missing points. This carry-on doesn't do anything to promote customer loyalty. The staff are always great, but the operators leave a lot to be desired.

The Costa in finglas Dublin 11 is filthy!!!!!! I have regularly complained about their dirty unhygienic nasty smelling toilet facilities!! Lighting very poor, no toilet roll, stains and marks on floor, sink and flushing pad!!! Bins over flowing and Nooo cleaning sign to say when it was last clean. Reported this many times. The lastest time was just now 1130am!!

Someone went in to "clean" and had to be told by management to change the toilet roll. When l left 20mins later the bins were still filthy and over flowing. The toilet brush is full of feacal matter!!

On other occasions the toilet facilities were closed but they still served coffee. Just note there is Nooo other facilities to use! I thought if your toilets were out then you must close the place. No not here!

Never seen the likes. I think inspectors need to visit. It's a health and safety issue!!

The Costa in Wexford Main street.The staff here are so ignorant,they turn their noses up at you if you buy something small.They made smart remarks about me and my friends when we were standing right there.This is the second time it has happened to us now,I would not go there again.

Costa Coffee have started using Oatmilk with added sugar. Its also not cheap. Disappointing
