I started buying my meat from Cheshire Food Services as it was originally known over ten years ago and apart from the new name of Country Food Services, nothing has changed. Honestly I have had a few problems with this company: late deliveries, wrong item sent but I have always been well looked after, any problems are immediately sorted and always with good humour. The meat is tasty, fresh and well packaged with clear labelling. All of the folk who work there are super helpful and really try to make sure your experience is a positive one. Would not go anywhere else! Cheers Ann

Another Saturday order not being delivered. Last time they didn’t even both to let me know so my dinner party was completely ruined not to mention the embarrassment in trying to run to a supermarket while my guests were here.
They are quick to chase you place orders but delivery is never in full on time! Useless! The Nicky woman needs training in customer care.

I use country food services regularly. Excellent meat, timely delivery and easy to contact if any issues. Would recommend.

My order arrived on time well packaged, Country foods website was easy to navigate and find what I wanted,prices are reasonable too, the meats I ordered all came well packaged and were all fresh and tasted nice, I will be more than happy to use them again and recommend them.

The meat is wonderful and such a good price. Queries are answered promptly and the staff are very helpful. The delivery service is also very good.

So I bought 4 Cote de Boeuf. First one I sealed in a pan and finished to medium rare in the oven, result, absolutely shocking and inedible, full of gristle!! So I changed the cooking method for the second, this was slow cooked on my ceramic barbecue for 6 hours and finished with a high temp sear, again to medium rare, result, terrible. Unable to carve the thing even with the sharpest of knives, the steak was full of sinu and gristle and was 100 % inedible. I am extremely dissapointed with the quality of this meat, yes I expect a bit of fat with a rib eye, in fact I like a bit of fat with a steak but this was uncarvable meat and the worst I have ever had !!! I shall unfortunately have to throw the other 2 away and put this down to experience and not use this company again.

Excellent customer service for taking the time to telephone on my order. Information went beyond my expectations and truly appreciated the service.

Tomahawk Steaks and Rolled Rib Beef, absolutely delicious and friends are interested in further orders for their enjoyment.

The website is really easy to use.
The food is excellent & the prices reasonable.
Only drawback is there's no free range meat on offer

I've been having my meat from Country Foods for years and not once have I been unhappy with the quality of it ... I get it in bulk to last for about 6wks to freeze ... the meat is as fresh as it was before freezing when defrosted... I wont go anywhere else now.

I've used Country Foods a few times. The meat is good quality and the service good. I was missing some meat but this was despatched the next working day without any issues.

I like that if you order before 11am you can have it the next day.

The only thing I don't like is that there is just one cold pack. One of my deliveries was late afternoon and just about cold, not fridge temperature. It was all fine but I would prefer more cold packs.

Brilliant steaks, well packaged, easy to order , kept informed about delivery. Can't recommend more highly. Will definitely be ordering again.

Very simple ordering process and despatch. We'll packaged. Not tried the products yet but all look as described am sure they will be delicious

The 2kg Sirloin was superb. Really tasty and tender. Excellent service too. I had an issue with shipping and it was sorted really nicely. Excellent price, excellent service, excellent beef. Thank you.
