What a brilliant company... I sold my car a little prematurely and then I saw this car online, went there to view & test drive it and within 24 hours the finance was sorted and paid out, and I collected it! Zero hassle, absolutely no pressure, and the car was immaculate as described. They even took it for a nice valet before I collected. The staff were really helpful and encouraged me to check over the car thoroughly to make sure I was 100% happy which was encouraging. This is a great family run business and I wish them all the best with their expansion to a bigger unit which is so well warranted. Five stars for sure and I would absolutely recommend them. Thanks for making this experience so hassle free and easy! 🌟

Related to sterling motors I ca say that are good trusty dealers which try to sell good cars with decent price. My experience was a positive one, although in the end I have not bought the car. In my case the situation was a bit weird as I went there, seen the car, drive it , like it and wanted to buy it. In that moment I’ve been told that car wasn’t ready as one of the lights on the dashboard was staying with few more second on than was normal. They keep the car with them for couple of days to try to sort this issue, and due to extension of this period, not having a car, I needed to go on some other offers. I liked this attitude to not sell a car which was not ready. They could’ve sold to me as I have not noticed that error on cluster. So very trusty, I say. The communication was good, but it was only me who was calling, but always receiving an answer from the other end ( I’m understanding a bit this situation as they are receiving awful amounts of calls all day long). The deposit was returned in minutes after confirming to them that I’m no longer buying the car. Neim was very good and helpful and definitely in the future I will go to them for next car (hopefully the next one will be withou lt any issues).

Well run family business, honest, polite and can't do enough for you. We have used them for years, ranging from cheap run arounds and luxury cars.My son also bought a car from them. Nice showroom with a good range of cars. Would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Car was very clean and tidy and competitively priced. It needed some work doing on it before I took it and they did it without question. High levels of integrity and great people to deal with, would happily buy another car from them and recommend them to friends and family.

I had been looking at a BMW X3 on the website gave them a call went to have a look at it owner said here are the keys have a look around it start it up see if you like it no hard sell left me to it after asked for test drive gave me keys I gave him my identification off I went lovely car returned bought it lovely drove home in it same day the staff are lovely people made you feel welcome made us a coffee I would definitely use them again

Recently purchased a Range rover from this company, having searched for weeks, Nayim was so helpful, not pushy, answered my million questions on watts app, and arranged for delivery of the car to myself over 200 miles away as was unable to collect!
Had an issue with a leaky windowscreen obviously beyond there control, but was sorted and repaired promptly!

Naeem and the team at sterling motors are absolutely phenomenal.

Bought our 2nd car from here, there was an issue with a brake pipe after 2 months which I made Naeem aware of and he sorted it out for me within a few days at no cost to myself.

The team are trustworthy and aren't pushy at all. Super friendly and can't recommend them enough.

I've told them we will purchase another car from them in future (which will be our 3rd purchase from them) the first car we bought was a c-class merc coupe for my mum in 2021 and had 0 problems withh it and runs amazing.

I recently purchased a e class e350 coupe which has been phenomenal which had the recent brake pipe change from naeem.

The team, especially Nayim, has been excellent from start to finish. All have been helpful, informative, honest and courteous at all times. I chose to have the car delivered to my home. It arrived on time and I was able to undertake a full check and test drive prior to purchase. An imperfection with the paintwork was noticed and I was provided with an undertaking to remedy it. Looking for a specific car is never easy, and I was really happy when I found the Mini Cooper I wanted in Coventry Sterling Motors. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a friendly staff. No pushy sales tactics. Very professional approach. All the paperwork was sorted in minutes. The car itself is in great condition, and all the relevant paperwork is included. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We travelled down from Glasgow to buy a 330d Msport from these guys, and from start to finish they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We brought our old car down to sell to Webuyanycar and long story short they wouldn't take it as it had been wrapped, so the guys at coventry provided us with links to another place close by and even covered our taxi fare to get back to the garage. These little gestures speak massively to how these guys have maintained such a high standard and reputation.
