My experience with CPI Moling was a 'no hassle' experience from quote to completion and invoicing.
On site the team was very professional and well resourced with all of the right equipment and sufficient labour. They did an excellent job of installing a new 25mm water main and left my driveway looking just as it did before they arrived.

Harry and the team were very professional. Great communication and a neat and tidy job. Harry even came back out of hours to answer a query that we had. Would highly reccomend.

This would have been a difficult job to organise as 3 different contractors had to be on site on the same day to carry out this repair CPI Moling went over and above, liaising with all parties, arranged pre-appointments and ensured all were on site on the day to complete the works.

Arrived 5 minutes before time. Did a great job getting a new water supply into the house digging three holes and on the same day filled in the holes and concreted over to match the drive leaving it really clean.

I called CPI moling after being recommended by our plumber. we had a mains leak at our care home. Alan came out and assessed the work and quoted immediately . I thought the quote was extremely fair and accepted it. The team came out within a couple of days they were extremely Professional and polite. The work was carried out by installation of new mains using the moling method. The team repaired the drive cleared all waste and left the drive clean. I can without doubt recommend CPI Moling.

Allan introduced his team and they worked as I hoped they would, fully matching my high expectations. They were on time, polite and worked consistent and efficient with some difficult ground conditions to negotiate.
On completion of the work, our drive and front garden was left as though they had not been on site.... very impressive!
A professional follow-up phone call from Allan the next day to check all was ok was a good way to confirm completion of the work.
The invoice was issued by email shortly after and inturn a confirmation of payment was provide.

Did a good job careful to make no mess in laying a new water mains to the house

Excellent service from first visit through to 'job complete'. The team introduced themselves at the start, which is a nice courtesy. The guys struggled with some challenging ground conditions at first, but Allan kept on top of the job and brought in extra resources to make sure it all got finished on time, and even came back next day to add finishing touches. Very satisfied all round.

Another satisfied customer of CPI Moling. Harry and the team were courteous, professional and left the property as they found it after the visit. I had a 32mm main to the house and 25mm main to the garage moled in less than a day. The site visit, quotation and booking process was straight-forward. The installation was less disruptive than expected and very satisfied with how the property was left after the install - no trace of the pits that were dug.

New 25mm water main installed and connected up to a new stop cock. The guys had to dig deep to find the connection abutting the pavement, and then mole across the front garden. All work left clean and tidy and well coordinated by Allan. Well done!
