Never received. Failed to respond to messages left by phone email or via contact page.
So disappointing

This is an update to a review I wrote a couple of days ago.
After posting, the company eventually got in touch with me and apologised for the delay and offered a refund for the missing item, and this was subsequently processed very quickly.

Two items (pineapple hot sauce, and a banana cake were missing from my order) I did email about this but got no response. To have two items missing from a relatively small order was a surprise.

I will still order again as I understand these things can happen and I have ordered before at least once and everything was fine then.

Order #18456 was placed on 22/04/2023 for delivery on 5-5-23 for an event on 6-5-23. There was no advanced warning that the delivery would not arrive until 6.5.23. This created serious problems.

I've bought from these a few times in the past, their sausages are to die for and their meat? Is truly phenomenal, so very tender and fresh. I am a butchers son (RIP Dad) so I know a great, top quality product when I see it, and this is what Crafted Meat is all about. Meat was delicious, great communication, arrived on time and useful to be able to nominate a delivery day in advance. Recommended all round.

I'm very sorry to say that l'm still waiting for my order.Was meant to delivered 28 of April.Been in touch meant to be redelivered.Still waiting.

Great tasting pies and reasonable price. Could be boxed better as there was some damage but still ok to eat.

They were a nightmare to comunicate with and we didn’t receive the whole of our order

When the order was delivered it was missing 2 items and I only ordered 3. I wasn'timformed about this I had to contact them and the excuse was they had ran out of the items due to the bank holiday and would refund me. I then sent an email back saying as I only ordered because of a specific item the spicy beef sausages which was the 1 that wasn't delivered and should also be refunded the delivery fee of £10.00 as I would have cancelled order and got a full refund if i was informed that they didn't have what I initially order I got no reply. Will definitely NOT be ordering from then again.

Sorted out a refund on an item that was missing. I phoned up and just after the conversation the refund was put through.

The meat never turned up and it’s two weeks later and I have sent two emails and have had no response leaving me out of pocket.

I’ve ordered Veal Osso bucco with a bone for Easter , and you’ve deliver beef shin with no bone, I’m yet to hear back from your customer service.

The rolled lamb shoulder was amazing and melted in the mouth. The ham joint was fabulous too, really moist and tasty

Excellent quality . Thoroughly enjoyed. The honey sausages went down particularly well

My first ever order and missing bacon, like others i cannot get through to anyone.

Prompt delivery. Tasty, meaty sausages. Will use again
