Well packed

Good quality meat, but one of the chicken liver bags had burst all over everything else, so was very messy cleaning up all the blood. Apart from that, all ok. Thanks 🙏

- Ordered to have it delivered on Friday but arrived on Saturday.
- One of the items were missing.
- Never replied to me, both by email and Facebook

The Porchetta that did arrive was good though.

Recieved 23/12/2022 a lovely lady came with the order on opening no Lancashire Bomb no old spot bacon sent emails numerous times and fb messenger no response at all if it wasnt for the lovely lady at my door score would have been 0

Ordered and paid for a delivery to arrive on the 22nd December. It arrived nearly a week early, part of it was missing with no explanation. The use by date was almost up, so we had to freeze it. We have tried phoning and sent numerous emails but no one has been in touch. Very poor customer service, I would not use again or recommend.

Order placed on 6th December to be delivered on the 20th December..Still not arrived even though I received an email to say that it would be delivered earlier.Tracking states the parcel has not even been sent yet! Ruined my Christmas day. Tried contacting customer service on numerous occasions with no response. Absolute Disgrace.. will never order again..avoid at all costs!!

I decided to give this company another chance depsite they failed to deliver my order the last time for our New Year's Eve feast (2021).
So I ordered over a months ago to make sure my order will be delivered on time this year for the feast. I even contacted them when they wrote about the possible disruption with the delivery around Christmas time to be certain my order will be fine today (30 Dec). They reassured me it will be with me on time on this occasion. I was happy when I got an email yesterday telling me that my order is completed and closed and the parcel has been dispatched.
Here I am at 15:20 on 30 December and I am still without my parcel. I don't have any tracking, I did not receive anything regarding this, and despite the website stating they are working until 2 PM on Fridays I was unable to reach them over the phone as it went straight to voice mail all the time. I wrote them a message on FB as well to no avail. As they also clearly state on their website that they only deliver on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, I am sure I won't receive my parcel tomorrow either.
So all in all they managed to ruin yet another New Year's Eve feast the second time in a row. Surely there will be no more chances given to them - they should be avoided at all cost!

You keep sending how did we do emails?and I didn’t even get my food, you’re not answering my email of I didn’t receive my Christmas food on the 23rd dec!! Called few times and keeps going to voice Mail

Please don't use these cowboys

- Ordered £123 of meat (order 17900) and paid for Friday delivery as I wasn't home on Thursday.
- Received a message that it would be sent on Thursday so I called (no answer) and emailed explaining (1) I won't be in and (2) don't leave outside as it will be stolen
- No response, delivered on Thursday, order stolen
- I have chased 10+ times on the two phone numbers, email, online portal, Facebook - only single response was: 'It has been delivered'. No one has ever picked up the phone despite countless calls.

There is maybe a debate between who is responsible, the company or the delivery service, even though to me it is clear given I paid for a different delivery date and said don't leave it outside.

Despite this, I am mostly furious about paying so much for something which hasn't ended up at me, and having next to zero communication and no attempts to rectify the problem after one week.

So disappointed. My bank will be chasing.

Terrible customer service - unable to get hold of anyone on any platform. Paid extra for specific day delivery and no sign of food. No tracking information sent out. Received an email on 14th December saying our food would be dispatched soon, heard nothing since. £70 spent for absolutely nothing.

Ordered ~£70 worth of various items for Christmas, received an email to say the order had been 'completed' and would be 'dispatching soon' on the 14th Dec. Expected it would show up the next day, however nothing arrived and I've received no communication from any courier or crafted meats.

Have been trying to get in touch for almost a week and just been ignored so far.

Edit: crafted meats have now responded and issued a refund

I was promised delivery on the 15th December. It didn't come and I needed the meat for a big party and so had to go and spend £100 on replacements. I phoned multiple times, straight to answerphone and left messages. I emailed asking for response and help, but still have not had a reply. The meat eventually came on the evening of the 16th, but is now in the freezer.
Late delivery is bad enough, but the customer service and support is shocking and so - never again....

Unfortunately there were delivery problems with carrier . But I have made two phone messages and sent email to say part of the order was missing, even though the box was tapped securely. I am still waiting for rely re the expensive meat item missing .

Ordered £70 worth of Beef on 4th December for christmas to arrive 22nd December, paid but did not receive any receipt. Beef then arrived on the 19th with use by date of the 19th, had been packed on the 14th. Phone number does not work, facebook page is deleting our comments.

They said they emailed all the customers affected that DPD would not collect from them christmas week but we received nothing, cant even get their "password reset" to deliver an email to us.

Edit: Finally got hold of them via facebook and they will provide us a full refund.

The meat arrived on time and was cold. All the produce had a use by date of 17th December today is the 15th!
The pigs in blankets were squashed out of recognition and not what I expected. The game meat was well butchered and fair value, the rest not good enough.

1/ An item was missing from my order. A cherry pie.
2/ I was told via email that my order would be dispatched and delivered on the 8th so waited in all day. It did not arrive. I contacted Crafted Meats via email and the online form but had no response. I did however receive an email with a new dispatch and delivery date of the 9th. It did arrive on the 9th, luckily someone could be in to take delivery. The ice pack was still frozen so hopefully the turkey is safe to eat.

Excellent. Quality product. Delivered on time.

My meat order did not arrive.
It was supposed to be delivered by DPD and a week later they still have the tracking information that “there is a 1 day delay in your area.”
Crafted Meat were impossible to contact.The free phone number has been permanently engaged. I have left messages on the landline answer phone and emails both on the site message platform and their main email.
They did not respond until late last night 6 days after the non delivery with the promise of a refund.
It is very sad that the firm contracted with unreliable carriers . Last years meat was delicious

I had purchased from Crafted Meats previously & decided to return my custom as I wanted sustainable & ethical produce. Excellent value for money, but some of my pies had not travelled well & were damaged on arrival - hence the removal of 1 star.
