We used Martin, the Northern VA representative and had a very positive experience. He personally came out to measure and help us find the right product for our space. From ordering, to delivery and installation, we experienced great communication and superb customer service. The playground is very high-quality and I highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Creative Playthings. We ordered a trampoline. the first time they came to set it up we did not have an entirely level spot, so they were not able to do the set up. However they worked closely with us to quickly reschedule and get it set up as soon as we were able to prepare our yard properly. The men who came to do the set up did a great job and we are very happy with the trampoline.

We ordered a trampoline to keep the kids occupied outside during COVID. The owner was very friendly and honest and explained that there was only one brand left (Berg) and they wouldn't be able to install it for two month due to the virus. We were not charged until the trampoline was delivered and the set up was done seamlessly. We've had the trampoline 2 months and my two kids use it every day. One of the buckles on the safety netting has already broken which is a shame, but hopefully I can order a part at some point and get it repaired. I would recommend Creative Playthings to anyone looking to purchase backyard fun for their kids.

The swing set would be great if the installers were professionals. Not worth the cost for "professional install" It started with an attitude, to the stairs being installed wrong, that I repaired myself due to one hole being drilled lower than the other to the slide being installed incorrectly based on the directions. We now have a swing set with extra holes and an unsafe slide. We were promised new parts for me to repair myself and still nothing weeks later with zero communication or answers. It's disappointing to have this experience with such an expensive purchase and a lack of care for my children's safety.

Terrible customer service! I submitted a claim on May 4th and they only just (July 2) were able to actually process my claim!

High quality swing set and trampoline that looks great in our backyard! We have gotten so much use out of both and are very happy with our purchase. We had a small issue with the initial installation team (separate company) and Creative Playthings went above and beyond to resolve it for us. They exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier!

Customer service and attention to detail in set-up is severely lacking. Installation was certainly rushed and resulted in a product with multiple defects. When called regarding set-up, the attitude of the employee was that I should feel honored to be receiving the product rather than their happiness of having a new customer.

At first, I was hesitant in buying a swing set from Creative Playthings because they are more expensive than the other brands. I’m glad I did purchase one. During this COVID19 pandemic I thought I wasn’t going get it so soon but Anela from the Scarsdale store was able to have it installed within 2 weeks of purchasing it. The quality of the wood and build is well worth the money. My family loves it and its going to last for many years to come. Thank you Anela.

I know that there are many places that sell playground accessories, but when I decided to buy, I chose Creative because when the greatest gift of my life, my son, is at the playground playing, I can rest assured that he is safe for the quality of products

So many wonderful playsets to choose from. A little pricier than other stores but the warranty and quality make up for it. The installation was smooth and on time. I will definitely recommend Creative Playthings to family and friends.

Beautiful set, but Wood is chipped, not smooth in parts and we are missing a roof piece completely. Company does not seem concerned, would have to wait months for them to come back and fix it. For what we paid, all of these things should have been perfect on installation! Not pleased with post-install customer service. Sure, they are very busy right now, but you make things right for the customer!
