We got the Williamsburg Premium Pack 5 for our 2.5 and 6 year old boys who had previously been sliding down our bulkhead for fun. They couldn't be happier, and neither can us parents. Creative Playthings had fantastic customer service, and the gentlemen who assembled the swingset (in under 2 hours) were fantastic as well (and socially distant but very friendly and helpful). My husband is handy, but if we hadn't gotten the professional installation, the swingset would still be in a pile in the backyard! My older son was so happy that day after we got the swingset, he had to "check to make sure it was still there." We've played on it every single day since we got it. The size is perfect and the kids (and husband) will play on this for years for sure.

Overall the sales service and product was great. The sales person was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. However, it's been weeks since the swing-set was installed and we still haven't received the picnic table that's supposed to come with the set (it's supposedly on back order). The installers were very nice but their cigarette butts and wrappers were littered across my lawn, which was upsetting to see.

The delivery and set up was well worth it. Those guys really saved me a boat load of time and stress!! Playset looks great kids love it.

I've spend 9 weeks with multiple emails and calls, customer service rep taking my credit card number, and zero communication, update or confirmation of my order

Update: After posting my review I got an immediate email from creative playthings. They did send someone out to inspect the set and fix some issues. He did not have all of the pieces to fix everything I had noted, and he found other issues. This was on 6/8, it’s 7/2 and I’m still waiting for someone to come back and complete the job. If I could give negative stars at this point I would.

Original Review:
I purchased my set in Feb with delivery in April. The Friday before delivery I was contacted to be informed the rock wall would need to come later. When the folks came to set it up I was informed there were rock walls at the warehouse. I also have found several places where the wood is extremely cracked, chipped or not all the way screwed in. I’m now regretting my decision to spend this kind of money with creative playthings. For what we paid this swing set should be perfect. These cracks and chips are not the nature of wood, these were the result of damage and the pieces should have been replaced.

We Love our new trampoline! Both ‘Chris and Alex could not have been nicer to work with! I highly recommend this company and this product.

Like many parents suddenly having to work full-time from home and with summer camp cancellation likely coming down the line, we started looking for ways occupy the kiddos. My hero this week was Ida from the North Reading MA location! I can't say enough about how awesome she was to work with over the past couple of days. She helped me nail down the final version of a custom build well after 6pm closing today (this is after a few days of me changing my mind on what I wanted). I think we put the final touches on it around 9pm! She was so pleasant to work with and she deserves a few days off and a BIG BONUS! Thank you Ida!

I have been trying since the day I placed my order for a swing to cancel it or return it since I no longer need this product. I have called and emailed repeatedly but have not been able to reach anyone at the company. Now I am left with a swing I don’t need and am out the money for it. Worst customer experience.

Our Creative Playthings sets (one at the kids’ house, one at the grandparents house) are beautiful, extremely well build, have many options and accessories. They have provided the kids with great outdoor fun and exercise, and we have received many compliments from friends and family! The staff in Brookfield CT has been very helpful getting me items while being compliant with social distancing regulations. Safety is truly their #1 priority, and we are so thankful for your professionalism and thoughtfulness!

Just had our swing set installed today! Installation was quick and professional! The quality of our Northbridge package 3 is excellent. Solid swing set that uses real wood 2x8, 4x4 etc. We replaced one of the cheap wood sets from another manufacturer because the wood was weak and the set would move every time our 5&4 year olds were on the set. Our Creative plaything set is solid and the kids put it through it’s paces this afternoon and it didn’t move an inch! You get what you pay for! Also we had a small space to put this set in. Approximately 18’X 28’. The set fits nicely with plenty of room for safety. Geff was great to ask questions to on the phone during the process.

The gentleman who came to install our new swing set followed COVID protocols and guidelines. I was so appreciative as one of our children is a micro preemie and has a compromised respiratory system. I’m so grateful to this entire company for making this process easy and reassuring! Thank you!
