Bought the Williamsburg PlayPack #4. Was installed 2 weekends after MA shutdown. Could not have asked for anything better for my 2 daughters during this pandemic. Acton, MA Store Manager Richard Fagan has been extraordinary through the whole process. The playground is rock solid and the installer did a fantastic job in under 3 hours! We looked at other less expensive brands/levels but everything kept pointing back to the CP Premium Pine sets. So happy their installers/warehouse was deemed essential. Anyone with kids should have one of these during this crisis. Total lifesaver.

Had it setup, well worth the money

Given all that is going on in the world and that I decided to order a swingset RIGHT as the state was being locked down, the experience with Creative Playthings in Acton was wonderful! I could not go into the storeroom since it was closed so I had to do everything over the phone, and Rich the store manager couldn't have been more helpful or responsive - he put me at ease and answered all of my questions. Of course on install day it POURED which wasn't ideal, but the installers were friendly and thorough. My only minor gripe, which is why I'm giving this 4 stars, is that the installers left the (open) cardboard box containing our extra swing up by the swingset (which in our large yard really isn't that close to the house) IN THE POURING RAIN - which had we not noticed it, would have probably sat there overnight. Not a huge deal, just was very odd given they called before they left and I even mentioned to them that I thought they may have left a box behind and the guy said it was the extra swing -- so we had to go up and bring it in from the pouring rain. Just seemed like it would have been more thoughtful of them to leave the box closer to the house - like on the porch, patio or by front door - or to mention/ask us where they should leave it. I know I know, petty and weird but it's the little things that really make a difference. Overall I would whole-heartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality swingset for their little one!!

They installation was quick and professional. The guys were really sensitive to social distancing and were in and out before we knew it. Thanks so much.

Linda was super helpful and the two men who set up the trampoline were wonderful and professional. It’s a big expense but you truly get what you pay for. We are very happy

Our daughter loves her swing set. The staff at Creative Playthings was very helpful and answered tons of questions since we were not able to go into the show room. The materials and construction of the swing set are high quality. I'm sure we will be looking for fun add-ons as our daughter gets older.

The service was terrific - from walking me through which one to get to the people who set it up for me.

Great customer service, picked up the phone quickly, and knew the product inside and out.

I’d give the delivery and set-up crew 5 stars. They were great. The actual service of ordering over the phone felt very disorganized and at times VERY unprofessional. I still haven’t received the $79 bucket swing I ordered, and already paid for, and the only explanation I got from the woman at the store I ordered from was, “it might be back ordered” and she’d let me know. That was a week ago, and I haven’t heard back with even an “I’m sorry, but I still don’t have any information you.” I’ve heard nothing. When I called about the missing swing on the day of the delivery I was treated very poorly for a customer that just spent over $4,000 on a swing set which I found very upsetting. Her tone and responses were extremely unprofessional.

Installation was quick and easy, installer was friendly, and customer service over the phone was very helpful.
I would say just explaining the steps in the process a bit better in the initial conversation would probably be helpful to new customers. I kind of felt left the in the dark from time between order and install.
Great experience overall and the kids love it!

The installers were great. However, there are some quality issues with the wood that I've been waiting to hear back on. I also would like to order swing accessories but can't because they are reserved for new customers, so my son and daughter can't play at same time

the screws used to secure the climbing wall were the wrong size and the slats fell out within 1 week of installation.

Install was on time went into the store and they went above and beyond to help me get what we wanted. Highly recommend

Purchase was simple. Installation took about 4-5 hours and they had two guys putting it together. Went incredibly smooth and they were professional. Would definitely recommend
