Much gratitudes to credit repair and its workers . They are very knowledgeable in the subject matter . In less than two months five items were removed from my credit history. They are very patient in explanations and answering your questions.

Creditrepair.com is a huge waste of time and energy! I've been tryingbto remove a late payment for a year with them and they have been the worst to deal with. Literally we almost got it removed and we should have but because of the way they managed my account and didn't do the necessary things on time for us to remove the late payment I wasted a year paying them every month. I would call them and spend hours on the phone stressing how important it was for me to remove this negative report on my credit and it would have been removed if they would have managed my account correctly that's what makes me so mad! We removed it from trans union so the only thing left was to remove it from the 2 other credit bureaus. They didn't even try! They didn't send out challenges to the other bureaus so eventually trans union put the negative report back on to my credit. When I saw this I called then to ask how is this possible? We removed it how did it come back?? Let me tell you that was the worst experience of costumer service I had ever have in my life! They claimed it was never removed and I had to prove myself as if I am in a court of law. I went threw my emails and showed them that it was removed and now it came back! Not only did they not manage my account well. They wasted my time insulated me and are not friendly. I don't recommend this service to anyone. There are so many other services that will really do a much better job managing your accounts. They also manipulate there online reviews and that misleads people to think that they are doing a good job!

Creditrepair.com is a joke. They charged me 96.73 dollars to cancelled the service before 30 days period. The incentive fee is 99.95+14.99 to monitor the account which mean I’m basically paying two months service. On top of that, they said that my negative items were removed from TransUnion, but when I checked with TransUnion my negative items were still there. It’s a fraud, my actual Fisco score is 718 but they had at 634. Such a shame and please avoid the mistake that I’ve made.

they are NOT accredited with the BBB. they also will not cancel your account. once you sign up, you are stuck. I had to call my credit card company, who ended up being aware of this company to dispute, they assisted, had to close entire account to get away from these scammers. DONT DO IT. THEY ALSO DONT DO ANYTHING YOU CAN'T DO FOR FREE

This company didn’t do anything for me waste of Money and Time! I was with them 7 months and they didn’t removed anything! I only had 3 accounts that went to collection. No bankruptcy my accounts were easy. I gave them a couple hundred dollars, and nothing. They didn’t removed nothing they just took my money. Go to Credit Saint Credit Restoration they offer 90 days Money Back Guaranteed their much much better.....
