Advertised my car for sale on Autotrader and getting the usual calls from tyrekickers/spivs wanting the car for way below value,I received a call from Neal (proprietor) of this Company.After a few questions etc he agreed the figure I was looking for paid a deposit straight to my account instantaneously and we arranged a collection date/time.The Company is based in Sheffield and I live outside Edinburgh.No problem,I met Tony at my local Train Station,he examined the car,contacted the Company and within minutes the monies was in my account.Within an hour of meeting Tony ( very nice gentleman) taking him home to mine he was on his way down the A1.In this day and age when service is shocking from many companies this is a Company you can totally trust for integrity/total professionalism.

I cannot recommend this garage enough . The service and attention to detail was second to none . They are not pushy in any way , polite and made me feel relaxed & all the staff were welcoming and polite . Car is great , as described on advert and valeted to high standard . Trustworthy and honest . Thankyou so much .

What an easy professional service. We advertised our car for sale with Motorway. Crossroads contacted us, collected and paid for the car within a day of me uploading the details. I was very happy with the price they paid. Just a superb courteous service.

Dealing with Dean was a pleasure. Went there all the way up from London to buy this DS3. Dean answered all my questions through emails. Got there, he gave us the keys for a test drive. Quite happy with the car overall..not a brand new car but good condition. Got the car with service & MOT as well, so, can’t complain about anything.
We’ve sorted out everything within 30 mins and left. I’ve done already 6-700 miles with the car and it still looks good 👍

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Dean, Mark and the rest of the team could not have done more to help. Non-pushy and non-threatening - there was no pressure to buy. I travelled from London to Sheffield to see a car, which I fell in love with. After an RAC inspection, there was work to be done. They did it all, and loaned me a lovely Range Rover Evoque as a courtesy car. Since I have had the car, there have been a couple of issues with it. A lesser garage may have done everything they could, to wriggle out of doing this work (despite the 6 month warranty) as it would involve the garage spending a significant amount of money on it. Not Crossroads. They took the car back, loaned me another lovely car, and did all the work on the list, including an expensive replacement headlight. Basically, they have changed my feelings, to the point where when I am looking for a new car, I will look at their site/phone them first, to see what they have in. Thanks folks! Honestly, above and beyond - and I LOVE my car!

Long story short, the service from these guys and girls was amazing.
Seen a car on their website, contacted them and got a response in no time. We agreed on a price, how to pay and delivery.
The car arrived when they said it would and in great condition too, every staff member was friendly and helpful and I honestly can't fault them as I've got a car I love with no issues!

I'd highly recommend them and if I'm ever in the market for a great car again I'll be looking them up again.
