Just purchased a Z4 from Cross Roads , encountered couple of hurdles through the transaction ( no ones fault ) but CrossRoads ( James ) was absolutely fantastic and very clear!

I recently purchased my Mercedes Benz GLC from this showroom and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The customer service was truly 10/10, the team went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy and comfortable with the car before purchasing.

They were professional, helpful, honest and attentive throughout the whole process, which made buying the car a really enjoyable and stress free experience. Nothing felt rushed and they took the time to answer all my questions and ensure everything was perfect.

Purchased a Nissan Qashqai from them in October 2025. I drove the car for 2 days before the dash threw up multiple faults and would only allow it to be driven in limp mode. This is to stop damage to the engine. They took the car for a few days “fixed” it, then less than a week later, same fault occurred. This time they had my car for 6 weeks and again “fixed” the problem. 4 months later, guess what…same problem! Only this time they have tried to put the blame on me by telling me the oil was “bone dry” when I had checked it less than a month prior. What had actually happened, is that I have now said I want to exercise my right to a final rejection in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and they don’t want to give me a refund. They had come to collect my car from where it was abandoned and attempted to drive it because “they got it started” and got 2 miles with it before it truly broke down with full engine failure and decided to tow it. My friend has dash cam footage of this as he was in the line of traffic that they were holding up.
I also have photographic evidence of the faults that displayed on the dash that clearly show no oil pressure light was present during the break down.
My final note on my experience with this garage is that they gave me a replacement car whilst mine was unusable which is quite frankly a bag of shi*e. The window doesn’t shut on it, the steering feels light and the car pulls to one side, it had absolutely no petrol in it, a flickering check oil light and it stunk. It was musty and disgusting.
The mechanic who spoke to me on the phone said now that I don’t want them to do the work (because they told me my extended warranty was void) that there will be a daily charge of £35 for the “replacement” car. I never signed anything, I never even had a conversation about any terms or costs. It was given in what they called good faith, but now they realise they can’t rinse me, they’re trying to add charges.
Do not use this garage. I am in the process of legal proceedings and my solicitor says that they haven’t got a leg to stand on.
Absolute crooks.

Recently bought a little VW Up Beats! The team were great from the first initial phone call. Alan and Dean were not pushy whatsoever and the car was delivered to me in Worcetsershire, when it arrived, it could of just come out of the showroom. It was immaculate after that lenghth of journey and the lady who delivered it was on time as stated and was lovely. Thank you all. I would buy from you again without hesitation.

Dean, Alan and especially Hayley were great help with dealing with the our purchase of my oldest son’s first car.
Provided all the appropriate information regarding the car and were able to deliver to us personally to our house in Glasgow courtesy of Hayley.
After we had a look at the car, the deal was done under 10 minutes and my oldest son is chuffed to bits.

I sold my car to crossroads at the end of December 25. I dealt with Alan and the whole process was smooth and fast. They took care of everything for me and left me with nothing to worry about. The best service I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Even months after when I needed some information about the sale for personal reasons Alan was so helpful again to get me what I needed. I would not touch this garage even if you paid me , brought my sons first car from here , guy very helpful ( asked if local ) that should have ring alarm bells anyway drive it home not too bad , then never starts again , having had it checked over via a independent garage like many on here the car is dangerous to drive and unsafe , this is from a garage that is supposed to be a mechanic too ??

A refreshing experience totally professional.

I used Crossroads to buy a car. The service I received from staff was really helpful and professional.
There was a small cosmetic issue with the car which I noticed when I got it home. This was sorted with no problems once mentioned to the garage.
Would not hesitate to buy another car from this garage.

We were looking for a seat ibiza FR for my daughter, looking all over the country, to try and find the exact car.
After reading some bad reviews from another seller, we came across Crossroads garage.
Bearing in mind we live in Northamptonshire, they had the exact car we were looking for.
On arrival, no pressure what so ever, gave us the keys and trade plates to test drive.
After getting the car home, we had an issue, which immediately was resolved and we were given a courtesy car to come home, while it was sorted.
Turned out , to be a very quick fix.
