CROWNHILL GARDEN FURNITURE Reviews

Excellent and highly professional service! Kim was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the whole process.
Special thanks to Radek and Max, who completed the pergola installation very quickly and with great attention to detail. They explained everything clearly and made sure we understood the entire installation process.
Very friendly, professional, and helpful gentlemen’s we truly appreciate their hard work and positive attitude. Highly recommended!

We purchased the Nova Titan 4m x 3.6m pergola for above our pond. The service was brilliant, advising on concrete pad sizes and what levelling could be achieved on site. Crownhill patiently waited until we had installed the concrete pads, then promptly arranged installation. The installation team (Greg & Jack) did a great job building and installing the pergola in a few hours.

We ordered a Nova Titan Pergola and the service was excellent from the order confirmation through to organising delivery and installation. Greg and Jack installed the pergola in just under 3 hours and clearly take pride in their work and ensured everything was to our satisfaction and we're delighted with the end result. We would highly recommend Crownhill.

We had a pergola fitted by Radek and Max. They were amazing, very professional and efficient. Measured the pergola and area it was to go in up to the mm, and double checked everything. They tidied up the tools as they finished and even wash down the patio once finished. 10 out 10.

Very professional salesperson (Lee) honest, helpful and flexible. Made sure that we were informed of all the pros and cons of the product and kept all promises made. We researched the market thoroughly before deciding on the NOVA Pergola. The NOVA product is the best choice when compared with competitors in the same price range and it comes with a 5 year structural guarantee when others offered only 2 or 3. It was delivered within 10 working days and fitted expertly by Greg & Jack who completed the job in under 3 hours. They were polite, tidy and thorough, they also provided advice on operation and care of the product.

If you are looking at a trustworthy and reliable supplier of garden furniture and related items, we highly recommend Crownhill.

Excellent experience from start to finish.

The deal I got was excellent too price wise! Very good company! Thank you!

Great service from Kim at the beginning to help with the purchase and then Greg and Jack with the install. Highly recommend and really happy with our Nova Titan pergola

Incredible service! Helpful from start or ordering to installation. Big shout out to the guys Greg and Jack travelling all over the country installing pergolas! Absolute legends; helpful, polite and didn’t mind me being fussy about slight movements! Highly recommended! Oh, and the Saturn pergola is awesome! Thankyou!

Really good product and installation service was excellent. I didn’t give 5 stars because I’ve just had it installed, so too early to provide a review of durability.
Radex and Max were amazing. Very efficient and quick!

All good from ordering to installation. Radek and Max installed the pergola very professional and the staff in the office kept me informed. Overall no hesitation in recommending this company

Had our pergola from Crownhill Garden Centre installed today by Radek & Max a credit to the company, did a fantastic job.
I would advise anyone who is having a pergola to contact Crownhill for a quote they where very helpful and knowledgeable about their product , after seeing the pergola in pictures online we decided to purchase it and now seeing it in our garden it looks even better than we expected, great product and great price. Would definitely recommend Crownhill garden centre 👌.

Really helpful and great customer service from Kim.
Helped me with my order and the delivery plus installation of my pergola was first class.

From ordering, delivery and installation Crownhill have been wonderful! Kept us informed of delivery dates and times. Greg and Jack were great! Arrived on time and did a great job, slight adjustments had to be made (I hadn’t measured correctly) but they did this no trouble. Even come and got it sorted on a bank holiday! We love our new pergola! Thanks again!

Excellent experience. Our Saturn pergola was expertly installed (thanks Greg and Jack) 11 days after the order was placed.

I ordered a pergola and seating from Crownhill and the service has been great. Kim, on the end of the email, promptly answered all my questions during the quote process. Delivery and install was a week later than expected but this was only slightly over the given 3 week window, so not an issue as again Kim responded promptly to my chase up. I paid for the installation and was so pleased I did, Radek and Max made light work of putting everything together and clearing up all the rubbish as well, they were very polite and professional, good ambassadors for the company.

Where do I start ! Initial contact to get information about placing an order and my requirements , very informative and an email straight after with all the detail.
Order placed following day , very pleased with the price.
Couple of days later , call from Lee to arrange install very straight forward , installation team arrive next day on time as arranged , Radek and Max , these lads know there craft , 4m x 3.6m Titan with blinds fitted , installed and anchored to decked area with in 2hrs, I would highly recommend have the install team worth every penny.
My Summary is this is a first class product made to last with a first class team behind the sales and installation.
