CROWNHILL GARDEN FURNITURE Reviews

Superb service from placing the order through to arranging the delivery and on site erection of our pergola. Thanks to Kim, Lee, Greg & Jack.

Radek & Max who installed our pergola were brilliant. Patient and diligent and took the time to explain how everything works after they finished at around 6.45pm. Highly recommended and Kim & Lee were also great at the outlet

Great customer service from Kim and Lee with professional and effective installation of our Saturn Pergola from Radek and Jacek.

Kind regards Mark

I have bought a pergola from them and is amazing and the team Radek and Jacek were very good I highly recommend them

We wanted a specific Bioclimatic Pergola with side screens and spares delivered to Norfolk for onward shipping to our home in Spain. From start to finish Kim was truly amazing. Very helpful and supplied detailed information including some great instructional videos which were invaluable for the screen installation. It was risky shipping such an expensive item to Spain but the packaging was excellent and the before and after service exceptional.
We can’t thank Kim enough for her help and would definitely use Crownhill again in the future.
A fantastic experience…. Thank you Kim and your team.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kim and Lee were extremely helpful throughout and know their stuff. The installers Radek and Antonio were hardworking, polite and very thorough. I cannot fault any part of the service and would highly recommend this company - well done.

An Excellent company to deal with from start to finish.
From Kim who placed the order of our pergola to Lee in the warehouse who arranged the delivery and logistics these guys were first class.
Despite having most of his team working on another project, Lee still found a way of ensuring ours was delivered quickly and fitted for us.
The team who fitted it were great and kept us informed of their arrival and had it up and sorted in no time.
They took all the packaging away and showed us how to use the roof/heater.
We are really happy with the new pergola. It’s a great addition to our garden and excellent quality.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys.
Thank you!

From contacting these guys on their website to installation they’ve been amazing. I couldn’t find a pergola the size I needed anywhere until I came across Crownhill. I started a chat online and received an immediate response, I was given all the information I needed. Everything was straight forward and delivery/fitting was completed 4 days after purchase. Radem and Max did an outstanding job of fitting the pergola for us, taking pride in their work and making sure it was exactly where I wanted it. Couldn’t recommended these guys enough

Perfect. Ordering to fitting. Faultless. Delivered on every promise. Communication is excellent. Excellent customer experience. Fitting team. Efficient, professional and friendly. Delivered on time with no delays at all. Extremely happy. Highly recommend. Lee and Kim are fabulous.

We bought our pergola from Crownhill Furniture and were really impressed. Kim in the showroom was friendly and helpful, and Radek and Max did a fantastic job with the setup — professional, efficient, and courteous throughout.
The pergola itself, complete with blinds, lights, and a heater, is looks great. We’re delighted with the result and will definitely be returning next spring to buy our garden furniture. Highly recommended!

Company kept in touch and everything went really smoothly from start to finish. Also pleased with the gazebo I purchased from them and the fitting so would recommend

So ordered a saturn pergola in the summer months,Kim was in touch straight away saying there would be a delay, which we agreed to wait for the delivery, we were kept informed off progress and finally got it oct, price was good and lee arranged delivery day and fitting, given a time slot and arrived in that time slot, Greg and Jack worked so well together and had the pergola and heater up in approx 2 n half hours making sure all rubbish was taken away, really pleased with it and thinking about buying some sides for it, thanks crownhill

The whole experience with Crownhill Garden Furniture was exceptional, Kim when ordering and Lee when arranging the delivery. Greg and Jack delivered the pergola exactly when they said they would, having phoned ahead. We had arranged to have it erected and fitted to the patio, and the gas heater assembled. Before erecting the pergola they asked about the position of the sun and advised the best position of the opener. They removed all rubbish and cleaned the area after they had finished. Greg and Jack obviously know what they are doing as they gave me the assembly manual for future reference. The fitting to the existing patio went without a hitch. Other companies that state you need to have concrete pads need to learn a lesson from Crownhill. A great service. Thank you.

I have just purchased a Saturn Pergola from Crownhill. I can honestly say the service has been outstanding. As an ecommerce owner I appreciate it when I see and experience great customer service. From quote to order stage everything was explained in great detail and very clearly, and after opting for the installation service, Greg and Jack where world class. Friendly, informative, quick and thorough. Exceptional from start to finsh

Crownhill had the best deal on the garden sofa set I wanted and also offered to carry it through to my garden and set it up, taking away the packaging, for an extra £30, which seemed really reasonable. It was easy to order over the phone after I had rung with a question, which they quickly answered, and I was told it would take 1-2 weeks for delivery, which I’d expected. However, two days later they rang to say they could deliver the next day, which was great as my garden refurb was finishing that day too. They arrived in good time and were quick and efficient setting it all up. I live in a narrow cul-de-sac in a small Victorian terrace, so it was quite tight for the delivery men, but they managed well. All in all I can’t recommend them more highly. It was an easy and quick service. Excellent.

From Kim to Lee and the guys Greg and Jack. The whole process was perfect. Brilliant goods, perfect installation and very good prices.

Huge thanks to you all. We are so happy with the item. Just need to floor and furniture it lol.

Until the next project..
Take care.

Crownhill Garden Furniture delivered our pergola exactly when they said they would. We arranged to have it erected and fitted to the patio. The fitting team, Greg and Jack did a fantastic job. They expertly erected the pergola and advised us of the best position for various controls. They removed all rubbish and cleaned the area after they had finished. They then replaced all the patio furniture for me,Greg and Jack are an excellent, experienced team who can be relied on to get the job done without any supervision. Thank you.

Really pleased with my 2.6x4 pergola fitted 02-10-25. Would definitely recommend this company. Excellent customer service from order placement with Kim to Greg and Jack who delivered, assembled and installed it.
