CROWNHILL GARDEN FURNITURE Reviews

I recently purchased my second pergola from Crownhill garden furniture. We visited the showroom and was assisted by Kim who was great, we purchased a Thor pergola as this fitted the space we had available and it looked great- we asked for the delivery and installation to be delayed by a couple of weeks and just as requested Lee contacted us on the date we requested and arranged the delivery and installation the following day. Radek and Max turned up on time and installed the pergola and heater professionally and without any problems- they bolted it down and removed all the packaging leaving our garden as they found it. Overall a great company who I have no problem recommending to anyone considering purchasing a pergola in the future.

Just had new garden furniture arrive today. Furniture was very good quality and the two guys that brought it and assembled it were very efficient and polite. ( Radek and Max). Would definitely use this company again.

We initially found them online and began communicating over the phone. We were so impressed with the furniture that we decided to visit in person. Lee, Kim, and Tommy were some of the most helpful salespeople we've ever encountered—absolutely outstanding service. They kindly stored the two pergolas we purchased until we were ready for delivery. Radek and Max handled the delivery and assembly yesterday—they’re absolute machines! Non-stop, professional, and efficient. We would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Outstanding Service and Quality!
We recently had a garden corner set and pergola delivered and assembled, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! Radek and Max were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and paid attention to every detail during the assembly. The quality of the garden set and pergola is top-notch, and it’s clear that they take great pride in their work.
From start to finish, everything was seamless. The delivery was prompt, and the assembly was done with precision and care. Radek and Max made sure everything was perfect before they left, even offering helpful advice on maintenance.
We’re thrilled with our new garden setup and highly recommend this service. Great products, excellent service, and wonderful people! Thank you again, Radek and Max!

I was a bit worried ordering from a company I'd seen on the Internet but there was no need. The communication was brilliant with Kim and Lee reassuring me my order was on the way.
I did have to chase for a delivery date but after this the company immediately arranged delivery.
The two men who delivered the furniture, Radek and Max, were very professional and kept me informed about their time of arrival. I paid the £40 for them to put the furniture together and take away the rubbish, well worth it.
The furniture is gorgeous and I'm so pleased with it.

Ordered a large aluminium Pergola from Crownhill Garden Furniture but unfortunately it was out of stock and shipping was unavoidably delayed. Kim at Crownhill Garden Furniture was super knowledgable about this product and kept me informed of the delays. Received a call from Crownhill Garden Furniture that it was back in stock and it was delivered and installed the following day by Radek and Max.
Great communications from Kim at Crownhill Garden Furniture and Radek / Max were very professional with the installation showing great pride in their work and checking everything was absolutely perfect and that I was satisfied with everything before they departed.
Well done all at Crownhill Garden Furnitue I would highly recommend.

We bought an aluminium corner set from crownhill. They were much cheaper than our local stockist for the same item, but I must say we were very impressed with their whole approach. Kim handled our queries and questions over the telephone really well and nothing was too much trouble. They delivered to East Yorkshire no problem and for an extra £40 the furniture was assembled and all packaging taken away. Brilliant value! Special thanks to Radek the delivery driver, who kept us informed on Eta on the day, was extremely polite, and did a great job of putting it all together. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I do not think you could get any better service. Radek was friendly, professional and very helpful. We ordered a garden "egg" chair and when it arrived it would not fit through our door, but he was willing to literally take doors off to help us get it through the house and into our back garden. I got the impression; nothing was a bother to him. Considering I think he just drove approx. 3.5 hours and still had more deliveries to do after ours, that is very impressive. A credit to the company.

Radek was friendly, professional and very efficient. He rang ahead to let me know when to expect him, cleared up all packaging and mess after he’d finished and was lovely and smiley the whole time despite a very long drive on a hot sunny day! Very pleased with our new garden furniture and the service we’ve received. Thank you.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. A friendly, experienced and knowledgeable team offer a super fast and efficient service. All comms are handled by Kim who responds immediately to any query or request, and the fitting team Radek and Max were wonderfully warm and efficient. Within 2 weeks we had visited/measured/ordered and had installed our large 8 x 3m pergola. Wow what a service, and finished product is fantastic and gives us the perfect inside/out space to compliment our home.

Outstanding service from ordering to installation. The install was super quick by a couple of guys (Radek & Max) who were super friendly and have done a perfect job. Good old fashioned service.

Really happy with the Pergola we purchased. The minute I contacted the company, Kim was extremely helpful, not only did she reach out straight away but she also helped answer any questions I had. Radek and Maciek came to install it and they were both very efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend the company!

I bought a pergola and furniture but I wasn’t ready for installation. The company kindly kept my order until I was ready for installation.
Thanks to radek&max for arriving promptly and installing my pergola. All waste was cleared and the area was left tidy, a great job all round.

Purchased a Nova Titan Pergola from this company. Got a super deal, best price around and included a free patio heater. Ordered on Wednesday, and delivered and installed on Friday - amazing service. Definitely felt like this was a family business really focussed on customer service which is hard to find these days. Kim was really helpful when placing the order, and the delivery team who fitted the pergola (Radek & Max), were thoroughly lovely guys, such hard workers. They put everything together and bolted the pergola down to porcelain slabs for a really affordable price unlike other companies who we had researched are charging really high prices for assembly and bolt down. This was a big deciding factor for us and i'm so pleased we went with this company, exceptional service from beginning to end. Radek and Max really knew their stuff and attention to detail when considering things like which way the louvre roof opening would work best for the way the sun comes over our garden. Really great guys. Thrilled with our new pergola and heater and would recommend this company 100%

Bought Egg Chair, service was great from office staff to delivery drivers . Very polite throughout experience , the egg chair is great , really good quality . Would buy from Crownhill again. The drivers unpacked the chair and put it all together for us and took packaging away.

Very helpful & very good service when visiting the showroom & subsequently by telephone & then on installation of the Mirador 3 x 4 Pergola

Bought garden furniture and a storage box from Crownhill. Service and advice from Kim and others was first class from visiting the showroom through to delivery. Would definitely recommend.

I was a bit weary at the beginning when i was looking for a pergola and especially of the internet and not seeing it in person , I first spoken to Tommy who emailed me over some information and the I spoke to a lovely lady call Kim, after going back and forth for a few weeks (me not knowing what to do ) I went ahead and ordered it , and guess what..... absolutely love it !!!. The guys who fitted was very professional and tidy up after fitting .
I cant thank Kim, Lee and Tommy for putting my mind at ease …. Roll on the Summer!!!!

If you’re looking for a Pergola, then look no further.
I found this company after I’d had a bad experience with another. I rang and spoke to Kim who reassured me that they could help and they certainly did. We went to the showroom where we were welcomed by Lee and Tommy who answered all our questions and showed us around. We saw the Pergola and it was exactly what we wanted. We were told by Lee that we could most probably expect delivery within a week. I rang Kim on the Monday Morning to say we wanted to go ahead and the Pergola was fitted 3 days later on the Thursday. The fitters Gregor and Antonio came who were amazing. They were courteous, respectful and so quick at their job. They cleared everything away and then instructed us on how the Pergola operates. They are a real credit to the company.
It’s not very often these days you find a company who excels in Customer Service but this company certainly does. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be returning to purchase my garden furniture.
So grateful I found this company.

Had a pergola delivered, built and fitted. The guys who built it, Gregor and Antonio, were very friendly and helpful, making sure I had happy with it before they left. Leaving everything as tidy as it was before they got there.
Kim & Tommy made the process easy too when placing my order. Item wasn’t in stock at the time but they gave me a timescale for delivery and they were bang on.
Thanks guys, you have all made the process a dream.
