CROWNHILL GARDEN FURNITURE Reviews

Our lovely pergola was installed just over a week ago by Crownhill's installers, Gregor and Costa. Brilliant guys. Very professional, diligent and they took great care to get everything spot on. We were asked about some preferences, ie proximity to the house wall, etc. All done brilliantly. Thanks too to the team - Kim and her son (Luke?? - apologies). All great quality.

Crownhill garden furniture were very easy to order through. Very responsive to emails and phone calls.

The pergola is off fantastic quality and very reasonably priced.
I can highly recommend getting it installed and bolted by the team, I had to wait a week or so longer for this but well worth the wait.
Radek and Max were so friendly, professional and tidy. Would 100% recommend them, great guys.

Thank you so much. If I ever need another pergola in the future I would definitely use Crownhill again. 👍

We purchased an 8 x 3 aluminium Nova pergola which was being installed in a restricted space. The installation team of Gregor and Lukasz were excellent and made adjustments to ensure that the pergola was level to the correct degree. They worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with how everything was before the left. Thank you Gregor and Lukasz, much appreciated!

We are very pleased with our pergola. It is well built and good quality. We were so happy that we went with the delivery and assembly service. Gregor and Antonio were great, professional and so knowledgeable. They were very thorough in their assembly process. And so nice for the pergola to be put up and rubbish taken away immediately, allowing us to enjoy the garden straight away.

We recently purchased a Nova Titan 4x3 Pergola from Crownhill. Really good quality product, looks great. I was going to install it myself, but chose the offered installation which was very good value.
Gregor & Costa did a great job installing the equipment on an unexpectedly hot day.
Very pleased with product and the service.

Pergola review
Bought our pergola from Crownhill and the service has been great from start to finish. Family owned business who have helped with our numerous questions. Delivery and assembly by Radek and Max who were very polite and professional, job done in less than two hours, rubbish taken away, very impressed. Thank you ☺️

Hi all, I have been searching the web for a while now looking for a Pergola to sit on top of my newly installed composite decking. After numerous research I eventually opted to go with Crownhill Garden Furniture.
Once I got chatting to Kim she immediately put my mind at rest and offered the type of introduction you want she was part of a family run business who had been supplying pergolas up and down the country(complete with very competitive instillation costs. I opted for the Nova Titan 5.3 x 3.6 plus 4 side screens. It was recently delivered an assembled by the Crownhill two man team whom worked like Trojan’s and within 2 hours had it fitted and I’m a bit finicky about having things right. It’s perfect 10-10 all the way for me.great coms from Lee and the team. Trust me these guys are top draw when it comes to Advice on your base or what type pergola would suit you. Give them a ring you wont be disappointed. .

We recently purchased a Nova Titan pergola from Crownhill and are very happy with the product itself and the service from the company! We had to wait for a little while as they waited for their next delivery to come in, but were kept fully informed all along.

When it was delivered we also opted to pay for installation and this was done by Gregor and Costa (they also fitted the extra screen we purchased). They were super efficient and friendly, done in about an hour and a half.

We would highly recommend Crownhill for your pergola purchase (or anything else they sell!)

We bought a Titan pergola from Crownhill. They offer offered to hold it until we were ready for it to be fitted, and provided help and advice as needed. Kim provided excellent service, always responded quickly to messages and was very friendly especially when I had a query on the day of installation. Antonio and Gregor who fitted it also gave us some good advice about the placement of the screening and heater. They were fast and very polite cleaning all packaging away after. We are left with a fabulous pergola which is the finishing touch to our garden.

Great service from start to finish.Kim in the showroom was very helpful and 4 days later our gazebo was install by Gregor and Antonio. Really pleased,
Excellent 👍🏻

From the initial order with Kim through to delivery, I was very impressed with the service received from Crownhill. The pergola looks amazing in our garden. Many thanks.

Kim was extremely helpful throughout the decision process, giving advice and recommendations from first hand experience. We also visited the showroom and were able to see the product and ask questions for an interactive dialogue, which helped to firm-up our choice . On the day of installation, Radek and Max arrived fully prepared and worked in a truly friendly and professional way. They achieved the assembly and installation in a very good time and stopped along the way to consult with us and demonstrate options to get our preferred result. They are all great people and with Kim and the guys, we are overall highly delighted with the experience from start to finish.

Just had our pergola delivered and fitted by Radek & Max
They did a great job very well and very quick so pleased

All I can say is wow from going to the store to and order the pergola and having it fitted. The fitting team Radek and Max were very professional and friendly from start to finish. They did an excellent job, very clean and tidy workmanship. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience with this company. Initially Kim was very helpful over the phone. Lee managed to sort us a delivery date that worked for us and the two guys who delivered and assembled were fab. Radek and Max were efficient, speedy and made it look a breeze. Absolutely over the moon with our pergola and it looks amazing in our garden. Would definitely recommend this company, fantastic service A1 😊

We ordered a garden set which was held in storage for us until we were ready. We were struggling to achieve a dedicated delivery day due to work commitments but Lee sorted us a weekend slot which was perfect for us. Radek and Max the delivery guys were prompt, very polite and friendly and assembled the furniture for us with ease taking away the packaging for a small fee but worth it. Our furniture is to a very high standard and has completed our newly re landscaped garden. Would high recommend this company, Kim, Lee and Tommy always happy to help.

Gregory and Antonio did a perfect job installing the pergola
