CROWNHILL GARDEN FURNITURE Reviews

Very pleased with the quality of the product. A well manufactured piece of kit and the colour, pebble, goes really well with our white porcelain patio tiles. The team of Greg and Jack were very efficient, friendly and polite and erected the pergola in no time at all and left the site clear of all packaging. A product and company we can comfortably recommend to others.

We ordered a 3m x 3m pergola which was delivered on 04.07.25. We opted for it being put up by their team Greg & Jack. They were brilliant, totally lived up to the legend of Polish builders, unpacked the pergola, installed and took away all the packaging with super efficiency and cheerful disposition. Job well done! Also a shout out to Kim and Lee at Crownhill. Great team, we were so impressed by the service we received that we went back and have now ordered garden furniture. Extremely satisfied customers.

Excellent service from Crownhill. From the moment we ordered our pergola to the end result. Superb! The installation team (Radek and Max) were super efficient and polite. They installed our 3.6 x 5.3 m pergola in less than 2 hours - because they knew exactly what to do! Would absolutely recommend this company. Completely customer focused. We are so glad we found them!

Really great service, love the product which was a garden pergola. The installation team were great, well worth getting them in to do it. They knew exactly what they were doing and allowed us to make some decisions. Got it up inside a couple of hours and checked were were fully happy and didn't want to make any adjustments.

Exceptional service and delivery. Kade and Max arrived on time, clean and well mannered. Reordered additional furniture to complement what we had delivered.

Thank you so much for the fast turnaround on the pergola which was delivered and fitted today by Gregor and Costa. The quality of the pergola is excellent and Gregor and Costa were very professional, efficient and friendly.

Purchased a pergola from Crownhill - Very happy with the product, price and service from initial contact, good honest advise even though it meant a cheaper product, from Kim and through to delivery and assembly by Costa and Gregory.
Well done everyone.

Excellent service from Crownhill Garden Centre. I was very impressed by Kim's professional, knowledgeable and approachable manner when enquiring about their Nova Pergolas. She couldn't have been more helpful and answered my numerous questions. We finally opted for the 6m x 3m with 5 shutters. After consideration, we also paid for it to be installed. The best decision we made! Gregory and Costa arrived on time with numerous boxes. They paid great attention to the installation of our pergola. Having taken their advice, we moved the location of the pergola, to a much better area. They advised us as to which way was best for the shutters. Placement was carefully measured and they took all packaging away. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, and definitely recommend you get your gazebo installed by the experts. We are delighted with the quality of our gazebo and the company who provided and installed it.

I bought the 3.6m x 3m Titan nova pergola. First of all the quality of the pergola is amazing and from initial ordering to recieving was as good as you could want. Special mention to the install team Gregor and Lukazs who was so professional and efficient when building the pergola taking the time to show me how everything works and taking away all cardboard away. Highly recommend using this company

I ordered a Nova Titan 3.6 x 3.6 Pergola from Crownhill Garden Furniture Ltd. From the initial ordering process through to installation the service was first class and excellent. Tommy and Kim were the contacts and we were kept fully updated at all times. I had to delay the delivery because we were having a new base with slabs laid and the contractor was unable to do the work until April. This was no problem to Crownhill. We had arranged for Crownhill to build the Pergola. Gregor and Lukaz contacted us early on the morning of the installation and were there at the arranged time. Gregor and Lucaz worked really hard in very heavy rain and did an excellent job. Both boys respected our property and were so very friendly and helpful. The Pergola was built in no time at all and is an asset to our garden. I cannot praise Crownhill Garden Furniture Ltd. and Gregor and Lukaz highly enough for the excellent work that was carried out. I would highly recommend the Company to anyone who is looking to purchase a Pergola or garden furniture. Thank you Tommy, Kim, Gregor and Lukaz for a first class job. 10 stars for an excellent service. Thank you so much from a very satisfied customer.

Had a pergola installed today by Radek and Max. They were very efficient and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend Crownhill and their team.Happy customers John & Sarah.

From the first phone call I knew this was the company I wished to purchase from. Great advice from Lee & Kim. I will most certainly purchase from them in the future. I think their previous reviews speak for themselves. Oh forgot to say I live in Manchester and delivery was no problem. Buy your furniture from here 100% 😎

From the initial contact, with Kim, to the Pergola being built in our garden the whole experience has been amazing! Kim is very helpful with the order ensuring you get exactly what you need. It was delivered in less than 2 weeks, with 24 hours notice plus a 30 minute warning call on the day. Gregor and Lukasz are absolutely outstanding and I can't praise them enough. The efficient way they work, needs to be seen to be believed - true team work and fantastic to watch. The construction process took 3 hours, with interaction with us as required about positioning etc - the finished product is excellent. They explained the best way to operate each element. When they had finished, other than the Pergola, it was like they hadn't been there, the garden was immaculate - all rubbish taken away. Can't rate this company and the guys highly enough - and still cheaper than their competitors!
