Terrible customer service
Recently wrote a review on cruisenation customer service. I had a valid complaint that I left a review about on here. A certain Natasha Crossley fobbed me off as most do. I requested to speak to her manager. She gave me an email address for some person called Phil. Phil feels he is too important to respond. I was totally ignored. Plenty other cruise sites happy to book with.

Great Service
Jemma was really helpful when rearranging our flights from Newcastle instead of Heathrow for our cruise. She was very informative and even found a direct flight from Newcastle to Barcelona instead of going via Heathrow.

After booking our cruise via another agent, she rang me to offer alternate flights which were much better for our itinerary when she didn’t have to - she truly went above and beyond as is an absolute credit to cruisenation. Better service required
Service today was better & Janine handled the change to our booking. What is annoying that when you speak to the Customer Service desk about changes to your booking the person says they will call you back & they don't. You then have to make another call to find out what is happening Cruise Nation needs to improve this part of their service.
