From the initial enquiry, Mark & Stacy have been incredibly helpful and responsive to our many questions. The quote we received was very reasonable, with a clear breakdown of the costs/steps in the party wall process and we were given regular updates once notices were served. Cannot fault Cubit PWS in every aspect of engagement - professional, punctual and extremely effective at communicating. We had to serve five party wall notices and these were sent out the same day as we instructed Cubit, with timely almost daily updates from Stacy via email on the progress and events with each neighbour. This was ever so helpful as I could talk to the relevant neighbours at each step and make sure everything was clear and we would arrive at a beneficial result - which ultimately has meant getting all of our Party Wall duties complete within a month (including two Awards). Thank you Mark and Stacy - I shall be recommending you without doubt to anyone who requires a surveyor!
