Cubit Surveyors guided my elderly parents through a party wall survey with their new neighbours. Cubit provided good communication and explained the process clearly and patiently. They reassured my parents whenever they were anxious about the process and treated them with dignity, which I really appreciated. Cubit acted professionally, knowledgeably and all for a fair price.

Mark and Stacy were exceptional to work with. We had tight timelines and a some what complicated situation and they went above and beyond to make sure it got completed on time. Communication was outstanding and were always on hand for advice or requests, highly recommend.

From the outset Stacy put us at our ease - she explained the process and arranged appointments and paperwork efficiently. On the day of the survey itself the process was suitably relaxed, with Mark explaining clearly what he would be doing and why. Subsequent paperwork served on us was also clear and concise. Friendly, fast and efficient service all round. Would certainly recommend Cubit.

Cubits were very helpful and professional in helping us resolve a party wall agreement with our neighbour. They were very responsive and professional with excellent communication between all of us. We have used them before to resolve another more complicated issue, they did an exceptional job then (after other surveyors couldn't figure it out), so we were happy to hire them again for this subsequent job. Thy were just as good as before, I would highly recommend as this level of competent service and attentive problem solving is rare!

Full disclosure - Mark is my brother! However, the review below is accurate and he saved me a massive headache with my neighbours!

Excellent - professional, courteous, timely, and thorough. We recently employed the services of CPWS as it transpired that our architects gave us poor advice and party wall documentation that was not fit for purpose. (This was an issue for us as our neighbors had read up on the party wall act). After contacting CPWS we were given excellent, accurate, advice which allowed us to proceed with our building work, and keep a good relationship with our neighbors (who commented on the quality and accuracy of the survey). The report was supplied quickly and was very thorough. Would recommend!
