Great company!
I love Cult Cosmetics! I have subscribed to their Blackbox for a few months and love every box I have gotten. The shipping is fast and the products are great. Every month comes with tutorials especially made for the products in the box. I decided to review them this month because they messed up. I got an order confirmation on March 1st, 2014 like I do the first day of every month for my Blackbox. On March 2nd, 2014 (a Sunday at that), I got a second order confirmation and found out they had charged me twice for the same box. I quickly emailed them and within 5 hours I had a reply saying they canceled the second box and a refund! Great response time if you ask me! I have never had a company respond to an email so quickly or take care of the issue so efficiently!! I will be definitely using their service for as long as they have the Blackbox available!! Why did I only give 4 stars if I love them so much? Well, they do charge 4.99 shipping on each box that I'm not too fond of, but for the service and quality of the products sent to me I will gladly deal with it!
