I was served a trainee who had no idea what she was doing and wasn't supervised.She kept going back and forth looking for help. The transaction was cancelled twice.Because of the delay,I couldn't do the purchase on finance. I got upset and paid cash. I wanted instalment service they didn't even deal with that. The tv is at home with no one to install it.Terrible customer service and this is not the first time.

Straight forward trouble free transaction.

Just pop in because our dryer died suddenly. Costumer service great, we got all information we needed, no unnecessary push. I can’t remember the name of the team member unfortunately. But thank you for your help.

The salesman, engineer and staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the shop only have a limited range of phones in stock, and one of them, the Galaxy A17 can have a known fault whereby you don't realise it's not connecting to WiFi properly. I didn't realise and it used up my credit. They did agree to swap it. But I only realised what was wrong 2 days before end of 30 back money guarantee, so didn't have much time to fix the problem. They told me WIFI problem occurs on all low end phones, so I ended up buying an expensive phone that I am nervous to have in handbag. I have to emphasize the store staff were very helpful, especially the gentleman that served me, and it isn't their fault that they have to work within the problematic stock policy.

This time it wasn’t a good service. I had come to exchange my Shark hoover. The lady at exchange counter who process the transaction was brilliant. However the staffs from the shark section as very less product knowledge and she went and got her senior colleague who was least bothered abd everything was check in the website it will tell you what’s the features and everything they didn’t know! Very disappointing it was ! But I gave 3 star for that lovely lady who processed our transaction and was polite and efficient

I went in with my sister and elderly mum to purchase a TV today we were helped by a young man called subaan not sure if I have spelt his name correctly what a pleasure to be assisted buy this young man so helpful and showed a great deal of respect for my elderly mum and didn't treat her as if she was a idiot he was very patient with her and explained everything so she could understand we only came in to look at tvs ant the intention was to buy else were as previous experience in your store on two occasions were not good at all but this young man's customer service was excellent we purchased a TV and he loaded in to the car this young man deserves a pay rise I hope if we shop here again he is still there as we look for him well done great service

Easy to order. Kept me updated on delivery. The two guys who delivered rang me to let me know they were on their way. They were both very professional and friendly and very considerate and courteous, and caused no disruption. We were very pleased, their names were Sean and Aaron.

It was easy and quick.

We bought a brand-new chest freezer in store from Currys in Crawley yesterday. After bringing it inside and unpacking it, we discovered that the front of the freezer is dented in two separate areas.

We have now called Currys three separate times and have been passed to three different people. Despite explaining the situation each time, nobody has actually been willing to help us.

We keep being told that we have to return the freezer to the store ourselves which isn't simple as we live in a flat. We have also been told that the name on the receipt doesn't match, apparently because the member of staff who served us yesterday failed to write my name down correctly. So, rather than Currys acknowledging that this was their staff member's mistake, we're now the ones being inconvenienced by it.

What is particularly frustrating is that this is a brand-new product that is damaged. We shouldn't have to spend our time repeatedly calling customer services, being passed around, and then being told to sort the problem out ourselves. Nobody has offered any meaningful solution, and nobody seems interested in taking responsibility for the fact that we have paid for a new freezer and received a damaged one.

We also asked whether there was any possibility of a discount given that the product is damaged, but again, nobody was willing to help.

The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. The freezer is damaged, the paperwork contains an error made by Currys staff, and after three phone calls we are still no closer to getting this resolved.

For a company of Currys' size, I expected considerably better customer service. At the moment, it feels like once they've taken your money, you're left to deal with the problem yourself.

Very disappointing and absolutely not the level of service I would expect when buying a brand-new appliance.

Great selection of dvd players/recorders at various prices to suit customer needs. Click & collect service was efficient and communications were excellent. Store staff were friendly and efficient during the collection process.

Shabina, The sales lady who served us, at the Crawley branch was very helpful, friendly & patient. The service we received was good & there was a fair selection to choose from.
