Listened to our requirements and was able to identify the best product

First time I have bought a Currys small appliance online and very impressed. All went very smoothly and collected in-store from friendly and efficient staff with no delays or problems. Received all the correct receipts by email and have no hesitation to recommend. Very pleased with the Logik cream stainless steel kettle. It looks great and quite classy and feels well made. Time will tell if it lasts.

Great service in sorting out what I wanted plus quick delivery

The assistant i approached wasn't sure he could be of the most help when i said i was looking for a phone, he asked further questions & said ahh yes i can help with that. So he stopped what he was doing after asking an assitant with more experience who was with another customer. He patiently trolled through the stock to find what i wanted, checked its ability to fit my requirements, found another similar one on offer, cheaper checked the 2 against each other making sure they were what i wanted & went to fetch it.

Initially, after speaking with a retail assistant, my son and I left empty handed and felt as though our needs could not be met. We went back in and spoke with another retail assistant (Morgan), who listened to us and asked questions and seemed interested in us, and we left with a laptop. And a very happy son

Good selection of products just very slow service stood about for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help never arived so left and went elsewhere

User-friendly online ordering & delivery system. Delivery on schedule with convenient notification of pending arrival. Really helpful delivery guys. Couldn't ask for more.

The Curry's operatives were very professional, at all stages of the sale.
Not pushy.... which I would expect from a reputable company.

I went to purchase a washine machine and tumble dryer on 16 October 2026. Unfortunately the washine machine came up as a forward order meaning it could take between 10-28 days to be delivered. I chose 4 other models but they were all on a forward order. i therefore went back and ordered the original model. I asked that both items be delivered and fitted on the same day. On Sunday I received a text saying that one of my orders was being delivered on Tuesday 20 October 2026.......which was the washine machine! I have now contacted customer services and arranged for BOTH of my items to be delivered on Thursday 22 October 2026. I hope they a) both turn up and b)are both fitted.

We were extremely disappointed in the service we received in store from Currys after purchasing a TV which twice required repair. Staff failed to support us in store to reach a resolution and were rude and dismissive towards myself and my husband. On multiple occasions the member of staff interrupted and spoke over us, not letting us explain our situation. On further visits, only after the issue was resolved by calling the care and repair team, staff continued to be absent and lacking professionalism in dealing with our enquiries and purchase. We experienced very long wait times and disinterested staff members during these visits, with the general feeling that we were an inconvenience and our custom was unwanted.

I had to return a printer that was faulty. The sales assistant was most helpful and suggested an alternative printer for me. This was excellent and was set up at home without a problem. Very good friendly service. Thank you

We have submitted a formal complaint to Currys customer service and are awaiting response.

My experience with curry was absolutely fine. Young girl helped us with our purchase,She was very helpful, Delightful has a person, We need more young people with this young girls attitude. The only thing i would say,Is they never seem to have alot of stock instore,You haveto wait a wk for. Then you have to have a different product. Which lucky worked out for me,Because I'd picked three options for the young girl to check.

I had to exchange a fridge/freezer. The whole process was done quickly and efficiantly. I would reccomend Curry's. The delivery went smoothly also. The staff were exceptional.

The lady who helped me was soooo good! She made it measy and good fun.

But - your point of sales are 3rd world and useless.
