Rubbish sales service
Wanted to buy a TV
Found the one I wanted for sale via 2 Google searches, by Currys
Called Currys, no direct customer enquiry option, but held after all options unused = a rep did answer
Asked if they had the TV I wanted in stock (as advertised in more than one place by Google) = NO not in stock.
Asked about my 2nd choice (also know to be on sale at Currys) = YES have them in stock
Asked if they had one in stock at my prefered branch = NO.
Asked to use the advertised service "we can get any item we have in stock to any branch for you to collect in ONE hour" = NO can only get it there in 2-3 days !
Rubbish service v advertising.
= Purchased it via Amazon.

My daughter ordered instore a laptop last tuesday. From the hedge end store. Promised delivery on wednesday the next day to are home address. It never showed. We waited till Saturday as it was getting beyond a joke. She bought it for work.
Went into hedge end store and told to phone a number which i did instore and got basically told nothing she could do. Customer services.... she said i can give you a £10 voucher for the inconvience but no laptop.
Told to wait till arrived. Or cancell and could take a month to get a refund.
I ask for refund and was point blankly refused as I did not have the £900 laptop. We called into dpd in hedge end on Sunday afternoon and they dont have it even though the email update said it arrived around 5am Wednesday morning. Someones lies.
So i would not trust them at all especially delivery. Only buy instore and take it away with you or walk away.

Sales assistant had good product knowledge about the item we were interested in purchasing, answered all our queries.

Good service given by a knowlegable, polite and friendly member of staff.

Mehdi at the store was friendly, efficient and professional and the 2 lads who delivered the dryer, Hamza and Kumuz, were pleasant and efficient.

The sale and delivery went according to schedulue, unfortunately during the first wash the water feed into the washing machine leaked on floor. We visited the store within an hour 2 men came out with new water pipe and fitting - all well now, thank you to them.

I came in and bought a small freezer, got it home and it had significant damage. Fair enough, it happens! I got it back to the store the next day and the staff member was kind and courteous, and swapped the freezer for another one, no issue at all. I got the new one home, took off the packaging only to find damage again. Only small damage to the door which isn't that much but as its black you can see it! As its going in the garage i figured it wont matter that much and can't be bothered to have to take it back again...but its still quite annoying that I got a damaged product twice!!

They sell you the products but don’t deliver my fridge location patently is missing my washing machine is still not awailible and my oven will come to me god knows when ?

Curry’s had the item I wanted on offer. Ordering on line was easy and efficient. Staff were also efficient and helpful.
