Very helpful staff and service
As we were unsure which model to have a very helpful,knowledgeable person helped us decide which would be best for us.
+ we got £5 discount for recycling our old one.
Staff even offered to carry it to the car for us. We have purchased many items from currys over the years and intend to do so in the future.

I ordered on line for click and collect, received a quick response and picked the item up with no issues.

Problamatic
Unfortunately not straight forward our freezer was ok but the supposed matching fridge did not adjust to the same height regardless of what we did
Manager at local shop was great and arranged an exchange so we ordered two other brand replacements
These arrived with the freezer dented the delivery gent said it was cosmetic as it was on the side panel and the freezer wad under counter so it wouldn’t be seen and as such offered to arrange us a discount which after he contacted admin was deemed to be £40 refund
To date this has still not been refunded to our account and a quick resolution would be appreciated otherwise we will request that the damaged freezer is subsequently replaced ASAP

Terrible Indian Customer service
Longton, Staffordshire branch.
What I liked.. the staff in store are brilliant, really helpful and friendly. Can’t fault them whatsoever! The layout of the store too is excellent, it’s nice to just have a browse at things. Great shopping experience.
However… the agency Currys uses to deal with customer service is absolutely appalling. I bought a bundle package and one of the items was not in stock, so called up the number on my receipt. Reached an Indian call centre where the advisor couldn’t speak English very well, eventually told it would be delivered to the store Thursday.. om the day chat was available, the advisor (Abu) left it at least 5 minutes responding to each message and then told me they can’t confirm stock and to visit the store, then stopped responding… visited the store (hour long trip) and it wasn’t there.
Like I say, instore staff excellent and deserve 5 stars but Currys main offshore customer service is the worst I have experienced as a customer. Dropped 3 stars for poor experience on both occasions and a wasted hour long round trip.
