Ordered two cushion covers and wa as little apprehensive as I wanted a true pattern match… need not have worried they are amazing and such good value compared with everywhere else.

My cushions are an exact match for my curtains. Your service is prompt and efficient. My order arrived a few works earlier than initially advised too.

Bad customer service. Placed an order for a sample and after a week it still hadn't arrived. Contacted the company to discover it hadn't even been sent out as they were ordering a sample from elsewhere. No-one even bothered to tell me of the delay. It held up my project to the extent that I missed the chance to buy a co-ordinating item that I needed to colour match due to the delay. How hard can it be to tell customers there is a delay so they can plan around it? I could have got the same sample from another supplier (cheaper as it turns out), and actually, the entire curtains too.

Needed a small bespoke single curtain and this was the only firm I could find who quoted a reasonable price for it. Very good at answering queries and did an excellent job.
